I went with Hawk services because of the reviews they received. Patrick and his crew were friendly and easy to communicate with. I loved the text updates with the invoice. And the phone call as well.
They ran into some issues with putting in our tub but they were resolved with no additional cost to us. His bid was exactly as he said. Which was really great! I felt like there was some lapse in communication with the front office on some scheduling when I emailed them. I would recommend calling as I got better results doing that.

We have galvanized pipes which have had a few leaks. Patrick has always come by promptly to stop them from a big mess. He also did our plumbing for our bathroom remodel. He again installed larger pipes which eliminated the "shot of cold water " in the shower when anyone used water elsewhere in the house. Patrick is a great guy! Great service and fair rates!

Wow! From telephone contact to the service - people, everyone is kind and efficient! The service people were really nice, engaging, and efficient. The work was done quickly and expertly, after which they cleaned up like new! This group get a triple-A-plus rating on all measures! I’ll definitely use their services again and would recommend others do so as well!
