Was disappointed when I called at 3pm for service when I discovered I had no heat for 3 days and was told it would be time and a half plus double time after 5. Seems to me that that is taking advantage of people in a bad situation.
I ultimately called another company that was fair with their pricing.

Man I love this plumbing company. We just got this house and right away we had plumbing issues one call and they came the same day and fixed everything and didn't pay a arm and a leg. This was the 2nd time we used them and both guys where so friendly

I would highly recommend B&C when it comes to water leaks or repairs. Of course on a Sunday afternoon we noticed a minor leak at our business that we knew it could get much worse so we reached out to Chad who was very helpful with advice. He sent a very professional plumber named Mike out to fix our problem. He was fast, professional and enjoyable to visit with! Thank you Chad and Team for taking the stress off my plate.

We had a great experience with B and C! Very friendly staff and repaired our furnace at a reasonable rate. We liked them so much we had them come back to fix our fireplace that hadn't worked in a couple years. We're warm and happy. Definitely recommend and would call them again.

Had a wonderful experience with B and C! I called because my furnace was out, and within 30 minutes someone was at my house fixing it. Very quick to respond to my phone calls and answered my questions, and fixed my furnace within 90 minutes. VERY reasonably priced for how efficient they were. Would recommend!

We are very disappointed with this company unfortunately. We called them to repair our water softener and they said it had been fixed. We called them 16 hours later to state it hadn't been fixed, they came back and charged us again, just to tell us that we need a new one. So basically, we paid $115 on Wednesday for them to repair an appliance they did not repair, and another $115 on Friday for them to come and tell us that there was nothing they could do and just charge us again. We find this to be very unprofessional and will never call them again. I do NOT recommend their services.
