My furnace was not getting the house up to temperature and running intermittently. When technician came he said there was nothing wrong call again if I experience the problem again. I explained the problem again to him and he suggested the burners may need to be replaced. I further explained the problem, I raised the temperature on the thermostat and was able to duplicate the problem.. He then suggested the pilot assembly may need to be replaced.
The technician had no parts for the furnace on hand, but charged me for the assessment even though he initially dismissed the problems I noted and told

DO NOT USE BUSINESS!!!!! SCAM!!!!
Called this morning for emergency service due to a tripped CO2 monitor.
A young gentleman showed up and decided I needed a new furnace without even touching it. After opening it up and messing around a bit he said "Per state law I need to turn this furnace off."
Obviously the whole thing was super sketchy so I contacted another business who THANK GOD showed up immediately. The new worker told us that the young man from Performance HVAC who we originally contacted disconnected multiple different important components within the furnace. He fixed everything. Fired

Had heat pump and boiler PM done. Below is invoice I received. There were no filters changed, no nozzles touched, and nothing vacuumed out on furnace. Air handler screws were on floor when I went into my attic, along with a one foot hole cut into my duct that was blowing my hot air up there, instead of into my house. All done in thirty minutes and charged $450. Never again.
Completed oil maintenance on a oil boiler. Shut all power off to unit and checked all electrical components, changed filter, nozzle and made sure everything was clean. Removed cover and vacuumed out boiler to free it from soot

I got into a bind with my central air system during the heat wave this summer. After some less than stellar experiences with other outfits I called Performance.
Right out of the gate I was pleasantly surprised to have my call answered live, and not sent to a messaging system. I was able to explain the details of my issue and get the process started right away.
CJ came out to do an initial assessment of what was needed and provided me with a quote the following morning

The company who installed our system had went out of business. I was referred to someone who apparently did not know what they were doing. I put in a call to Performance at 900am and they were at my house by 1030 the same day. Eric was able to fix what the other people screwed up in just over an hour. He was professional and explained himself throughout the whole service call. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I now have a company I will use going forward.

Absolutely blown away with the service I received. Knowing a hvac tech personally who unfortunately couldnt make come in a timely manner and calling others i made a call to performance. Call was answered immediately and tech was here with 15 minutes! When I received my total, i was very pleased as well. I look forward to getting a quote from these guys in the fall to replace my system. Thank you so much to performance hvac!
