Spray-Tec is a Commercial Roofing and Insulation Company serving Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. We specialize in Spray Applied Systems for Commercial, Industrial and Institutional buildings. Our unique products Repair, Restore and Replace all Commercial Flat Roof types including, Built-Up (BUR), Modified Bitumen, Single Ply (TPO and EPDM), Metal and Concrete.
Our commitment to Safety is company-wide; our crew has daily Toolbox Meetings and biweekly Safety Training in-house. We also understand the risks a building owner must take when signing a Roofing Contract and always provide proof of our Liability Insurance. We have a Safety and Quality Manager to oversee every job, as well as a dedicated Safety Crew Member onsite.
A professional Roof Assessment must be performed to determine your roof's condition. Thorough inspections, including core sample tests and infrared scans should give the Roofing Contractor enough information to create a solid report. If you get more than one Contractor to look at the project, be sure to compare each Roof Assessment to make sure the findings are consistent and the Contractors' scopes of work line up.

I just had a shop built and was wanting to insulate it with closed cell spray foam. I had contacted a few companies that never returned my call. I reached out to Spray Tec left a message on what I was wanting and they returned my call the next day. Arron a rep came out looked at my job and gave me a rough estimate. I received a call from him the next day and his estimate was spot on. I contacted him the next day and decided to let them do the closed cell spray foam and I'm very glad I did. They came out the next week done the job they we're very professional and they sealed the floor off with plastic

Great team. If you want to see what shape your commercial roof is really in, I highly recommend the team at Spray-Tec. Did high quality scans of our roofs, and provided detailed and visual reports. Their knowledge, expertise, and reports are helping us plan and justify our upcoming budgets. Paid almost double of what my local "good ol' boy" spray foam company quoted. It was worth every penny, they were the most professional workers I have seen in years. The local guy could not have done close to as good of a job as Spray-Tec did. The spray foam team arrived exactly when they said they would, did a fantastic job, cleaned up and left the site better than when they arrived. It is so nice to find a company that does what it says they are going to do and go above and beyond. Can't recommend enough!!!!

We had Spray-Tec install closed cell spray foam to the roof decking and in the basement. I was very impressed with every aspect of the process. I will break down my review in parts.

Jacob was out first point of contact with Spray-Tec. He was very well informed about the subject matter but more importantly for me was when he wasn't sure about something he wouldn't make it up and would look into it and get back to me (which he did). This was going to be a large purchase so my wife and I had a list of questions to ask and Jacob to the time to answer them all. He seemed genuinely interested
