Stopped by Fireplace and Patio Trends today looking for some help for poorly architected dual-sided outdoor fireplace. Michelle was super helpful diagnosing the issue and coming up with creative solutions. She even found a tray that better fit the fireplace, and refurbished and painted it on the spot.
Had the most interesting variety in the store. Helpful and detailed sales associate. We had an issue with the unit we bought and Michelle worked with us and the manufacturer to get it resolved. I appreciate the customer service doesn't end when the sale is made. Needed patio cushion replacement for my Alumont furniture. Called up, e mailed measurements and photos and the staff walked me through pricing, fabrics and wait time. I had a very disturbing experience! Low class for sure ( we think, anyway!) I had orders slings for 2 patio chairs-very high priced/good quality/no complaint there! They ordered wrong sizes...no problem. Waited another 6weeks..,had them put the slings on for me..,and...they charged me almost as much as the darned sling replacements! Not good! I could have done the replacement had I known that they were going to charge $85 per chair to put the things back on!!!! Yikes! Not good Trends! Not fair at all!

I had a very positive phone experience with this company. I am trying to find a replacement Air Intake Vent for my fireplace. All the other stores brushed me off because it is an inexpensive item. My salesperson Vickie, was polite, helpful, and genuinely concerned with me finding the part I needed. We will be upgrading our wood-burning firebox to a modern glass look soon, and will be stopping by soon to see Vickie.

My wife & I went to this store looking for a fireplace screen. I ordered a custom mesh screen and left $100.00 cash deposit. 2 weeks later I received a call that it was ready to pick up. I asked if it was possible to have it installed by them. The lady on the phone, in a very snippy attitude said, "NO, we only install when we do the measuring and you measured this fireplace." When I went to pick it up, I asked if I could measure it, since it was custom, to make sure it was the correct size.
