I recently bought a car from Jesus Reyes. He was the best in making the process of buying a car less stressful. He was responsive since the start, willing to answer any and all questions both over text and in person. He was able to work with his manager to get me the best deal. Super friendly and attentive. I was at this location to meet a Toyota representative. Few of the employees inside were wearing masks, in defiance of health regulations.
The person I met with failed to wear a mask as he met with me. This disregard for me, who was wearing a mask, was astonishing. Quite frankly? I'm tired of dealing with these selfish, rude, ignorant people who care nothing about their customers.
I won't return. I will also be informing Toyota of how their people treat their customers.

My main complaint is no regard for customers' time. It takes a long time to get an appointment, and when I make an appointment, no one can give me a time estimate for how long I can expect to be without my car for the day. It would be the courteous thing to do, so I know whether I need to rearrange my work and personal schedule ahead of time instead of the day of service, or whether I should have picked a different day at the time I made the appointment a month ago. I've serviced my xB exclusively at this dealership since I moved to SLO six years ago, and customer service has declined

Their auto repair department is the worst customer service starting with their service manager. They need training on customer service, very rude and total rip offs. They charge for services which should still be under warranty. I 100% would not recommend this place to anyone, I would rather take our 2018 Tundra elsewhere who appreciates our business. Enough said.

I will Never go back to this location again ! Whether it's the new owners and price increase in general,what a joke ! My quote was $1100 and I got the same thing done for $510 !!! They had to jump start my car and they burned out the fusible link which is only caused by negligence, inexperience or plain stupidity!!! That Cost me Another $200 !! They never said Anything about it as if my REAL mechanic wouldn't know what had happened with the battery completely discharged !! Don't waste your time and Money here ,they have gone above and beyond price gouging and could care less

Buying a car is up there on the list of things I dread but my experience was made great because of the care I got from Bob Rivera. He took away the stress of buying a car by actually listening and not just "selling" me. I got an even better car than I anticipated and he got me better financing than my credit union could. All that and he even delivered to my door! Definitely ask for Bob when you go in to buy your next car

My truck was stuck in neutral and left me stranded at the beach. I took it to this dealership to have it looked at and all they said was that there was nothing wrong with it. I was never given a chance to speak with anyone to explain what went wrong or what to do if it happens again. My truck still has warranty and they still charged me 140 dollars. It would have been nice to speak with someone but that didn't happen

I'm from the bay area and the car I wanted was in San Luis Obispo. JR helped me every step of the way. Communication was great whether via email or text. My car was delivered to me a few days later during the ETA they gave me. The gentleman took his time to explain all of the paperwork thoroughly and showed me all of the important things I needed to know about my 2021 Rav4 Hybrid XSE. Buying a car is always stressful but the process was made smooth and easy.

Unresponsive and couldn't care less. They ask over high blue book for their used vehicles because of the current used car market. They will low ball you for your trade in and say they hear an engine knock. Typical used car salesman. I purchased a new Tacoma from them in the past but will not consider them again. Wasted a good couple hours of my at the dealership with all the "let me talk to my manager". I had to run and get back to work and emailed the salesman to follow up and never heard back. I went out of the area and found a good dealership.

I got the sense they are not really interested in my business. It took several calls with multiple people to get a response to inventory question.
I was finally able to get a call when I mentioned the possibllility of putting down a deposit on a vehicle still in freight. However, after finding out it was marked up 10k over MSRP, I decided not to bother.

My son is going to school at Cal Poly in SLO and we live 3.5 hours away. So of course something goes wrong with his 2009 Highlander while he is away. In trying to help a young college student navigate these repair waters, I call over to Toyota San Luis Obispo around 10 am and they are all booked up for over a week for appointments. After some pleading, Evelyn, a scheduler, told my son to bring his car down as soon as possible. He did so within 30 minutes.
Next I get a call from the Assistant Service Manager, Rewa Michaud, and she proceeds to calm me down and assures me she will take care of things

Took my 2020 Supra in for a simple service and they ended up keeping my car for an extended period of time (4 days). 4 days just to get a quote on a transmission fluid change and on top of that I still ended up paying out of pocket for the rental car. To put the cherry on top, I found out from friends that work in the service department that the guy that took my car for a test drive was apparently driving wildly like he owned the car. I called and made it known that I was frustrated and wanted to speak to a manager. It is now a week later and I still haven't received a call back from the manager
