I am thankful for all the blessings in my life including the blessing of customers that have kept us in business since 1996. We know if our top priority is to take care of the customer, the customer will take care of us. We have found that in putting others first our business has prospered, as well as enriched our lives.
The men who installed my furnace were professional, courteous and answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know. They were also respectful of my pets, being careful to close the yard gate every time they went in and out - much appreciated. I was also very pleased to find that they offered different methods of financing - made a big difference to me.

Best service experience I’ve ever had. The technician was at my door within 25 minutes of my call. The technician’s name was Cliff, he was super friendly and explained everything he was doing. He had my furnace fixed in less than an hour. Prices were extremely reasonably. I will definitely all again for any of my other heating/AC needs.

Absolutely amazing service! Forquer got us in so much quicker than any other company in the area (AC needed replaced), provided very reasonable pricing, and the installation was excellent. The technicians were incredibly polite & willing to answer any of our questions! I highly recommend & will definitely be using this company for any future needs without hesitation!!

We have an older furnace so my husband & I decided to buy Forquer's Air conditioning (in Spring) & furnace checkup last October for $178. We wanted to be preventive to make sure that our furnace and AC would continue working.
We had a problem with our furnace stopped working in January where two different technicians came out and left the… furnace not working which we found out when we woke up cold the next morning. The fix when we called was to change the furnace filter which neither technician checked when they made the service calls (we ended up paying $385 for a thermostat installed

I was very satisfied with the installation of my replacement AC and FURNACE. The guys were kind, professional and explained everything thoroughly before leaving my house. No one ever likes to have a huge unexpected expense like this, but I’m happy to know that I shouldn’t have any issues, and if I do, they are very quick to respond. I would highly recommend Forquer!

I wanted a gas line extended from my basement to my deck for a natural gas grill. I called a few vendors but Forquer was the only one that was "reasonable" in pricing while explaining the approach they would take. Jason and Donny arrived on time and ready to get the job done. They were courteous and efficient. My line was in and ready to use within a few hours. Next time I need an HVAC I might just discard my usual 3 quote rule and just go straight to Forquer. Thanks guys!

They were readily available with answers for my questions on a holiday weekend. Mike B. very professionally represented Forquer, was very knowledgeable, and did not try to sell unnecessary services. He had great recommendations and in my opinion, is an asset to the company. Cliff was awesome, really thorough and detailed. Came out for a long overdue tune-up on everything and took time to really explain it all to us. Super friendly and respectful too; even put shoe covers on every time he came inside without being asked. Kept his mask on the whole time too.

Had furnace not working one evening this week (very cold night). Called Forquer around 8 PM. I was told that a technician would get back to me. Called within 5 minutes. Was at the house within 15-20 minutes and had my furnace running within 30 minutes. Very pleased with their response and their expertise. Had the part I needed on the truck. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely call them again.

After listening to our old blower clanking every time the AC kicked on this summer, we were worried about the coming winter and effectiveness of our dinosaur of a furnace. Jim came out and gave us a few options, both very reasonable. The sales aspect was very laid back and not pushy at all. We now have a newly installed brand new high efficiency furnace that is so quiet we barely hear it. The best part of all was how quickly the whole process took. They were in and out in a day.

I had a service call from Brian yesterday. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. It turned out to be a faulty thermostat (newly installed two months ago). I was able to replace myself and he only charged $50 service call. I would definitely recommend them and will use them moving forward

Overpriced. I was happy with the service and promptness until I realized I paid WAY too much. The technician diagnosed the problem of my furnace right away and fixed it within 30minutes. It was a simple gas valve replacement. However, after I did some extensive local research including smaller and larger company sizes, I found out that the cost should be $400 max. Guess how much I paid? $650 after negotiating price from $685. Ouch! I expressed my concerned to the owner but he insisted not to reimburse or negotiate. Just want other customers to know I'm unhappy.

Came out on a Sunday - the day after record temperatures. I called his answering service at 7:00 am and he was at my house by 8:30. Was quick to diagnose the problem . Jim was fair and honest. Probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Will use again. They are also recommended by Angies list.
