Feel like I got a good deal on a really nice van. Service was helpful and they added gas and washed the van for me right after I test drove it. After getting pretty much rejected from a different dealer I came to them and they jumped through obstacles to get me the 2013 Ford Fusion I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a good quality used vehicle.

I spoke with Ricky Street about a Ford Focus. He was very helpful and friendly and I put a deposit down before driving it. We live 1.5 hours away and planned to drive out there in a few days. In the meantime, were able to test drive a similar car at a local dealer and realized it wasn't for us. I wasn't expecting to get our deposit back from Ok, but I spoke with Chris there and she agreed to refund us the money minus $20 for the credit card fee. I really appreciated the integrity and kindness of the team at Ok and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my fifth car i bought out of State, am from Ct, and after the nightmare from Ok Auto it will be my last out of State Auto i will buy out of State. I purchased this 2011 Chrysler 300 for $11,350. Was never told there was a dealer fee for $350. When the car arrived it sounded like a truck. they never told me that the resonators were removed. Had to spend $400 to repair, then also they never told me they had 4 winter tires on the car and the rear ones had flat spots, i can hear a small thumbing sound from the rear tires.Had to replace all four tires, another $400 plus. then i also have to

I have had a rough experience in purchasing cars the last years. Not really knowing what to buy money was limited. It takes a lot when purchasing a vehicle. We as women are in the red when it comes to buying a car. My last car was a quick cheap buy when I go back and look at the paperwork I overlooked the fact that the dealership never serviced the car. In 2 years time the car started having major issues. If you are serious about your next purchase talk to your mechanic on the type of car that is better for you to purchase. They know from working on them what's the better quality of a vehicle.

So far one star is not earned by OK automart. Yes ive read how nice they are and what good vehicles they have,and im sure they are nice and do have good vehicles. The issue is they implied their vehicle i bought was good too I asked if anything major was wrong with the ford f150 i was interested in, was it inspected , oh yes i was told and they advertise their vehicles are inspected. My wife and i trusted them with most our savings to put down on truck 6,000$ truck cost 23.000 in total, 2 days after buying truck several warning lights came on with more to follow. Didn’t understand why they wanted me to fill out a finance application first before test driving their car. You don’t see the bigger dealership asking their customers to fill one out first. Plus why have a “ face mask required upon entry” sign, if you as an employer/employee don’t even have one? I didn’t feel welcome there so definitely not going back.

Very poor customer service! I recently made a phone call expressing interest in 3 of the vehicles and explained I wanted to make an appointment to come see them in person. I shared I was coming from over an hour away and would like to check out each and possibly test drive them. The man I talked with told me that I should fill out a finance application first to see if I qualified saying quote ¨we don´t want to put any unnecessary wear and tear on our vehicles if you´re not serious about buying them¨. Of course I´m serious about buying them if I´m driving over an hour to come see your vehicles

I wanted to write this review and say to anyone out there that is looking at a used vehicle that this place is where you should buy your car, truck, suv . I had a very good experience with the people there and I wanted to shout about on person there, If you want get the straight forward advice and he would work at the best interest of your needs I would ask for Ali because he worked extremely hard for me on a SUV I was looking for and he would be engaging and ask questions and work to get the financing I needed. Now the caveat to this is I wasn't able to get a vehicle from them because of my situation

We were told $9000 out the door for a car, including taxes, fees, warranty, etc. We came in for paperwork and they tried to charge over $10,000. We said no to the deal and the man grabbed my license plate and tried to hold it and would not give it back. Then he tried to throw it out the door. He then followed and started screaming at us and then pulled down his mask. I have several witnesses of the telephone conversation. He kept yelling and getting closer and was screaming insults. 100% don't recommend.
