Angie & Toni were great . Jeremy went through all the options on my new truck which was awesome due to all the new technology these vehicles have . Ken the owner at fowelerville has a great group I would recommend stopping in to see for yourself if they don't have they'll definitely find it. Good job ladies and gents keep up the great work!

First off I wish I could give them zero stars.
Absolutely the worst place to buy a vehicle. Do not come here. I bought a 2019 Ford fusion titanium the first week of owning the car there was an issue with my computer chip which they replaced but was very rude about it. Then after a month of owning the vehicle my engine blew then when I called Fowlerville to tell them what was going on they basically told me I was full of it. Then the transmission goes out while Cole Ford was replacing my engine and after five months of having my car worked on I brought it home just for the alternator to go out

Fowlerville Ford Service Department is the best! They had me in and out in less than a half hour! After an engine shield was hanging where it shouldn’t be the service dept diagnosed the problem,changed the engine shield, and had me out of there in less than a half hour!
I thank them for helping out without an appointment and for their excellent staff for helping out! The two service advisors, and the technician that did the work I thank you very much!

We have been using the Fowlerville Ford Service Center since the dealership opened years ago. Overall, we have been pleased. Honestly these guys never disappoint. I have bought my last three vehicles with them.
I live in metro Detroit and need some work done on my truck. I’ve called 5 dealerships around me and every single one couldn’t even be bothered to talk on the phone with me on the phone hardly. They have so much work they don’t care at all about customer satisfaction.
I call Fowlerville Ford even though it’s an hour away. The service guy calls me back and acts like I’m only customer they have. Honestly top-notch service.

I was so impressed with the service, knowledge, and care the team at Fowlerville Ford! I completed an inquiry form online and was contacted quickly to set up an appoitment to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived, Michael had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. When I returned from the test drive, he had numbers prepared for lease and purchase options, and took my current lease into consideration. In under two hours, I was leaving the dealership with my new car! Toni and Michael made the process so easy. I will certainly be back and will be sharing how the team went above and beyond.

My son just had some work done here and they did a fabulous job until it came to the lady behind the service desk... I believe he said her name was Brett? She never told him where his keys were nor did she help him in any way. We pay a lot of money to this dealerships service department and to be treated this way after so long I think we will start going somewhere else from now on!!
