Had my 2019 Chev Trax in for oil change, filter, and wheel rotation on Dec. 8, 2021. When I left the dealership I noticed that the vehicle was extremely pulling to the right. Took the vehicle back to dealership on Friday, Dec. 10th where they told me they did nothing wrong and their work in NO WAY caused the problem. In discussing this problem with them there were 3 people around me from service trying to intimidate me telling me I was wrong. Wheel lugs are to be tightened in a random pattern which they did not do the first time. They fixed the right front wheel which they incorrectly did wrong

I had another great car buying (leasing) experience with Bob Mineau. He listened to what features I really wanted in my new Blazer and was transparent with the current state of product availability. When a Blazer became available with nearly everything that I requested he reached out to me and tagged the vehicle for my future purchase. He made picking up my new Blazer so easy and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I will be back to lease my future car with Bob again.

Bought f250 from them the next day the front axle went and I got my vehicle back 2 weeks later. So than not even 3 weeks of driving it the pcm and coil ignition went bad. It's been 3 months I been waiting for a part on a vehicle I put 1000 miles on to pay the monthly payment and get the pcm myself. Never by as is or not certified which is my mistake but they also they don't fix thing they say they will. Service guys don't know anything on fords. Seriously it's a lemon stand

Difficult to purchase a car here due to Bait and Switch tactic . Read all the other 1 star reviews they speak for themselves. I'm avoiding this place . Zero customer service from Liz or Logan . Terrible dealership . They are liars. AVOID!. Going to a manager is a waste of time as well . AVOID. General sales manager is Offensive and rude to boot. AVOID

I walked in thinking I was going to be just talking with Helen about options as my lease was in the last 6 months. I walked out maybe 2-3 hours later in my beautiful new Equinox. I could not be any more pleased. She takes wonderful care of my family and the people at the dealership are absolutely amazing. I am blessed to know these people. I was interested in a car they had on their site, so I sent an email inquiry. They refused to give me any information unless I came into the showroom, because it's apparently 1986 over there.

We wasted 2 days driving to this dealership. We were interested in a used Mustang on their lot. Before we drove out we asked the salesman what the fees were. He told us $230 for doc fees plus taxes and plates. When we got there to sign the paperwork there was extra 2 fees on the paperwork. One for theft guard for $399 and a recon fee for $972. When we negotiated the price we told them they didn't need to do the reconditioning that we would do it. Ie. oil change, brakes etc. We stopped the purchase and spoke to the used car manager he said had we paid the higher price he would have waved those

I went to this dealership to test drive a Honda Pilot and get it inspected. The seller said I would get a callback. They never called me, I had to call them. I was told by the inspector and my own mechanic that it needed at least $1000 in repairs. I was ok with that, especially if they were willing to consider that in the price. I made a fair offer and even raised it $1700 more dollars + taxes and fees. I was reasonable and explained that the car was overpriced with the repairs needed. It was a no after 3 negotiations. 3 days later they lower the price 500 dollars and sell it to someone else.

I dealt with Mike. It was a great experience. I went to many different dealers to find the right car for us and Mike made getting this car truly easy. He was very helpful when showing how to work all the features in my car. I'm sure I will have more questions about things at some point and I feel confident he will help me when I go back with questions.

Wish I could give negative stars i wouldn't even recommend this dealership to my worst enemy tj is by far the worst person there he should not be working there he has no people skills he is rude I was in there today trying to get my car fixed because my dash shut off then my car wouldn't shift out of 1st they gave me a code for the check engine light and it was for something in the fuel system when I asked them what the problem was they couldn't tell me I understand the not knowing the problem part but their customer service is by far one of the worst of any dealerships in Michigan

Sales manager was very rude and unprofessional when I asked about the pricing on a vehicle. He said he bought it off the street. Vehicle description stated it was a "local trade". So, someone is lying. I would NEVER deal with this unprofessional dealership, am telling all of my friends not to, including those of you reading this. STAY AWAY unless you want to be treated VERY rudely.

in Howell MI the salesperson was Jeff Armstrong. Jeff had another customer looking for a truck like my dad had so he convinced my Dad to trade his truck in 6 months early. My Dad paid up front for his lease and therefore lost nearly $3000.00. We feel like the dealership should have explained this to my Dad. And my Dad feels like they really took advantage of him because he is an old man. We have exhausted all efforts to resolve this issue and so I am posting this review in Hope's of warning other potential customers. We will not be using them in the future.

I don't know why I try with this place. Third time in many years I tried to lease a vehicle from them. Go in with an advertisement to find out all the small print was very deceptive and when the sales person essentially says "it's all right there"....trust me, it's not. I have 4 leases. I'll keep going to LaFontaine. Just trying to keep my options open but no more.

Found a car I would like to take a look at on https://www.cargurus.com/. Called the dealer to verify that the car was there as I am 40 min away. Confirmed appointment for 2 hours later to look at the car. Got my family together and drove out there. Met with a sales man and informed him we were here to look at the car found on the website. You will never guess what happened next... The car that I came out to see was not there. Claimed to be pulled to another store to have a customer look at it. All other cars they attempted to show me were $1500 - $2000 more then the car I was looking at

I wish I would have read these Yelp reviews before giving this place my business. I am not one to complain like this publicly, however please be warned so you don't get ripped off like I did.

I purchased a used vehicle from Champion Chevrolet in July 2018. The salesman was fairly easy to work with; he essentially sold me a vehicle that was, in his words, something he would purchase himself. He told me "it passed thorough inspections". According to the sales manager, who wouldn't budge on the price, it was "priced below market value". However, literally 5 days after

Multiple Issues

1. Walked in the door with financing in hand. They had us complete an application so they could retrieve the terms from the lender. They came back with different terms (higher interest rate and longer duration) and we pointed out what we already had. We found out later they were shopping the loan with multiple lenders, credit report was hit four times (without our knowledge or approval). Very SHADY!!! Had we realized what they were doing at the time, we would've walked out.

2. Took several hours to complete paperwork as they were waiting for the title from their sister dealership
