A few years ago, I would have had little good to say about my service experience here (my car is a 2016), but the last few years the service department has had a real turnaround. I have no complaints now. The service department is more transparent, more cordial, and more thorough. By far. I think they have a new service manager--but whatever the case, I'm quite happy with the level of care and communication they offer now.

Tried to buy Volvo car online. They were nice and everything was ready to buy a car, they even brought car to our house it's 3 hours drive. When they came the left headlight was broken. We understand everything happens, we asked for discount for the price of headlights and job, or asked them to replaced it. They refused and took car back because they won't make money if they will do those kind of discount ( the headlight price was $2500). They said they can fix it without replacing it and will raise the price for the car. Very disappointed because we liked the car and first of all it's unprofessional

Sesi Volvo replaced a wheel on my S90 under the VIP tire protection warranty I purchased from Volvo. It took almost a week for them to get the replacement and return my vehicle. No charge since it was under warranty. 3 months later I had my annual service and they made me pay $1,100 claiming I had to submit the charge to the warranty service for repayment. They never had gotten approval for the repair and warranty was denied. Sesi refused to refund me.
Volvo VIP Warranty is a different company and not Volvo even though sold by Volvo with the Volvo logo. Sesi and the warranty company are going

I just purchased a new 2019 Volvo XC40 at Sesi. Before entering I had braced myself for the usual dealership run around and game playing, but was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone I met including Joe Sesi (the owner) was laid back and informative - no BS or pressure of any kind. Andrew was my salesperson and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Noah (the tech specialist) was available and helped with detailed questions about the Sensus infotainment module and Android Auto.
I received a fair price on the trade-in and a very good price on the car. This was the most pleasant

Must make an A++ review of this dealership and service. My battery was just replaced under warranty after my vehicle died from the cold, with a total cost of $3.83. But that's not where the awesome ends....I miscalculated the closing time on to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday and a few men in the showroom helped me out anyway with retrieving my car even after they were closed as well. I am so thankful and appreciative that all of the employees that I have ever interacted with at Sesi Volvo go above and beyond. Thanks again!
