An outstanding car buying experience from beginning to end! Shane was our salesperson, and he was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to make a decision. A truly pleasant transaction.

I just got my F150 back from collision.
It took more than 6 weeks to complete but the damage was $19,000 so I get it.
Jeremy from collision kept in touch with me and although deadlines weren't met they still made it right.
When I got home with my truck and saw the mess my interior was in Jeremy sent out a courtesy vehicle and picked up my truck for cleaning.
While it was back at the dealership Jeremy & Nathan gave me a great deal on tires and an oil change.....wow!
Jeremy and I agree that a lot of things went wrong, but they were corrected in a timely manner and I am now a very satisfied customer

Very smooth experience over the week of thanksgiving. Jeff Scott helped me find all the discounts and incentives and put all the pricing options in front of me to help me make the choice that fit my budget and desired lease terms. Very happy with my experience thus far.

It took two hours for an oil change. Yes!!!! Two hours for an oil change. That was with an appointment. If you enjoy wasting two hours of your life, by all means go here. I would highly suggest going to a 10 minute service. You will get the same thing done and save so much time. Never again!

Awful just plain awful. I was in contact with Amanda Roach whom promised via phone/email that they were going to accept Ford plan X pricing. I drove 2.5 hours. Arrived at 2pm, 1 hour before closing. She shows me the car and right off the bat she tells me that she has no time and has to go to a birthday party and plans to leave ASAP then asks me if I'm going to buy the car and fill out the credit application. Then she assesses my trade and comes back will the lowest number for the trade on the internet and tells me that they will not honor X plan pricing and they want the sticker price plus

Beware of service department, they tried to sell me on a transmission charging at least $4000.00, when all the car needed was a fuel pump.

While I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, their customer service was awesome. Tom Eady was so helpful and knowledgeable about the cars that I was inquiring about. He even stayed past closing to help answer any questions. I would highly recommend reaching out to Tom if you are in the market for a car. He's friendly and honest.

Was told I had to have gap insurance, which is actually optional, on my car loan for my car purchase. $900 extra and I had to fight to get them to take it off. Don't trust these guys (especially the finance department). It was under my daughter's name.

We visited Varsity Ford yesterday with the intention to purchase a new car. As soon as we entered the showroom we saw that approximately 25% of the employees were not wearing masks. I was told that Varsity was following the law, and that masks were not necessary indoors as long as people were six feet apart. I did notice that employees walked past each other, well within six feet without masks. After we left, I called the showroom and was connected to the manager, a man identified as "Keith". When I registered my concern, I was told that it was only "my opinion" that masks

Their online parts is a waste of time. Dont bother--they'll rob you. I ended up finding what I needed on eBay in 5 minutes and got the part in the mail in no time. Terrible refund policy. Never again.

We are ready to buy a car and have pretty much settled on the 2020 Ford Escape. After searching online and finding a perfect candidate at Varsity Ford, I promptly set up a test drive for Saturday at 12:30pm (made appt. on Wednesday). The great internet service manager (Kelly Manley) called immediately to verify and to let me know that the car was in transit; she said she would confirm by text once she new the car would arrive in time -- she texted later that afternoon to confirm my appointment with Darrin Hinkley for Saturday. I also called the dealership prior to our visit to make sure COVID safety

Three years pass and my lease is up during the middle of a pandemic. My main guy Rich calls me up and tells me we can do this thing all remotely. I'm in, I say! 6 years with an Escape and I didn't plan on changing anything so I told him my preferred color, interior, and features. In minutes he's got quotes and window stickers coming into my phone. Got nearly everything I wanted for significantly cheaper than I'd been paying for the last 3 years (the only trade off was one feature that would have bumped me up to a higher level, it was worth passing on to keep the savings).

I recently made an inquiry for Ford Edge STs through TrueCar and was contacted by Jacob Proctor at Varsity Ford. Ford was running an End of Year employee pricing for everyone, and I wanted to check into leasing pricing. Jacob had a sales manager send me pricing same day. I was very impressed with their responsiveness - and wouldn't hesitate to work with this dealer again.

Debbie Treharne is great to work with at Varsity Ford. She goes out of her way to find just the car we want, looking all over within a 100 mile radius. She is quick to confirm all the details we needed for closing and consistently checks in with us. This is our third vehicle that we have purchased at Varsity with Debbie. Went in today to get a quote, she had a unexpected delay in getting in, but made sure that she had someone take care of us, with Keith stepping right in to help us out.

Methinks not is right. Go to Briarwood Ford, it's worth the drive.

1. I have years of experience being treated poorly by "used car salesmen" and the management. 1993 - Bought a used truck that was "guaranteed" for 60 or 90 days. Day 50, they refused any and all repairs because the undercarriage was muddy and I "abused" my truck. It was 9 year old truck with 120,000 miles and they wouldn't fix anything.

2. Someone else in my family recently scheduled a recall repair, 2 months ahead of time because they were "backed up". Took it in today

Absolutely terrible experience do not go or deal with them, they will lie to you to get you in the door and then lie to you while you are there. Talked to Kelly said we had a deal on my lease and that I could come in and check out the Truck. She also said the sales person already worked the numbers and everything was good, she said they pulled the truck. Got there and sales person told me we had no deal. Also ran number in front me and said this is what it is. But wait wasn't I told that the numbers where already ran? Let me add on I drove down Fenton, not only did they not give me a deal

Overall good experience buying a new car at Varsity through Whirl. When I called to ask for quotes, he was pretty quick on responding and was very knowledgeable about the rebates available. The car selection is bar none for the area. The driving of a bunch of different cars is kinda fun, and there's a nice route from this place to get it up to speed (I94). They just remodeled the place too, so it's looking good inside. The day I came to pick up the car, it was pretty quick, but had an issue getting all the paperwork in hand. Overall good experience and would buy from Varsity and Whirl

Car purchase and service

We purchased a new 2016 Ford Taurus on 12/30/16. We walked in with a couple vehicles in mind, but weren't sure before test driving. The dealership is open during remodel and the sales room is bright and welcoming, so don't let the remodel keep you away. There are great sales going on at this time of year.

We were promptly greeted and made welcome. Initially we were with one saleswoman who was happy to help us, however, too busy to complete the sale. She did get us the cars we asked to test drive though. After the test drives and ready to purchase, we moved
