Peter and his crew did a great job on my front porch. He was fair in price considering anything involving material right now is expensive. He completed the project when he said he would and most important he listened and addressed any concerns I had from planning to completing the project as I envisioned. I had a few very unprofessional companies ( in my opinion) come out and meet with me before I found Peter and I am so glad I continued looking and found him. Thank you Peter. I am very happy to have a porch I can show off !

Peter and his crew just finished completely transforming our previously neglected two story colonial. They removed and replaced rotting cedar shingles with new vinyl clapboard siding, installed new trim all over the house, and even built us an absolutely gorgeous portico over our front door. From the beginning, Peter was super responsive and accommodating. He truly wants the job done right, and won’t cut any corners to get there. He is an honest guy and he and his crew were very professional and respectful of our property and our family

Peter and his team renovated my deck in East Greenwich that was originally built less than properly. They were able to add-in additional supports, and get the deck up to par in terms of construction quality. The deck came out better than I could have imagined, and feels much more stable to walk on with new supports. I would recommend Peter and his crew for any construction jobs.

I used Ialongo Building for a large rehab at my home and the work was excellent! I had my ideas as to what updates I wanted to make and not only was Peter able to make my ideas a reality, his craftsmanship was beyond what I ever imagined!

We couldn't have been happier with the work Peter and his crew completed at our home this past year. From the bid process through completion of the project, which involved stripping and residing our home as well as building a shed, Peter and his team, were always very responsive, courteous, professional and detail oriented. Not only did Peter provide a very competitive price that did not change throughout the bidding and construction process, but the work he and his team did was of excellent quality. I hired Peter Ialongo to reshingle my roof, replace 17 windows, a front and back door, and reside with vinyl. As a carrier for Postal Service, I have literally seen thousands of houses over the years with vinyl siding. Pete’s work meets and exceeds the best, and neatest jobs I’ve seen among these houses. The way he covered the window casings in metal was especially unique and beautiful; so much so, that my wife and I decided not to put shutters on the house as they didn’t seem necessary and would take attention away from the look of the windows.

After purchasing a house in January we decided to put on a new roof, vinyl siding and new windows. We contacted several contractors and decided to go with P Ialongo Building Company. Peter quoted an extremely fair price. We needed the job done asap as we are renting the property for the summer. Peter and his crew showed up promptly and got the job done well ahead of time.
