While on the road, Pat heard from many customers how hard it was to find a piano mover that knew what they were doing! Pat & Joe soon found that they enjoyed helping others get their expensive pianos moved safely and have been doing it ever since.
All that and a bag of chips! Joe and his team moved my parlor grand down 4 flights of stairs, no damage to the building or the piano. Relatively affordable (when is moving a piano ever affordable, though). But by the end of it, I was happy to. Joe and Pat have moved and stored my grand 4 times over the last several years and there is not a scratch on it!
I wouldn't trust anyone else to move it for me. Can't say enough good things about them. If the piano is a grand, the length measured from the keyboard to the curve in the bow end. Smooth Moves Piano Movers use modern equipment combined with knowledge and experience for the specific piano to be moved.

I didn’t actually use their services but they’re highly professional, just great customer service. I contacted them to move a piano but unfortunately I was out of their service area for what I was requesting. They suggested a couple other companies to try and then offered to move my piano purchase if I was unable to get anything lined up with who they suggested. They did let me know their prices, which seemed fair & affordable. After I did schedule with another company I realized Smooth Moves is a much better value.

I definitely recommend this professional piano moving company. Previously talking to Joe, I had called many different piano movers, they all were not responsive and had expensive quotes. Joe and and Nick moved my piano and they did an amazing job. They were quick and very professional. If I ever have to move another piano, I will definitely use this company. Very impressed.

They were wonderful. I called several piano moving companies & they were scheduling out further than the rest. I decided to choose them regardless because they were the least expensive, and by far the friendliest. He even called to confirm the day before (which was a Sunday & they are closed on the weekends) just as promised.

Just had my parent's piano delivered and these guys are awesome! My dad said it took them 2 minutes from his living room to their truck, and it didn't take much longer from their truck to my living room. Very nice guys, very reasonable fee. They definitely know what they're doing and they do it well.
