Been in the house for 2 years now here at Keighly Place and every year our paver driveway has sunk after a hard rain here in Mesa. The have been out twice to fix the driveway in the same exact spot but are unable to fix it. It just started doing it again and they refuse to fix it as they say it is beyond the warranty. I never had an issue with my William Lyon Home paver driveway house I had for 12 years prior. Obviously there is an underlying issue that needs to be resolved and they will not take ownership of it. I would not buy another home from them.

I would not recommend this builder. We are the second owners of this home built in late 2012 originally purchased in 2013. I cannot believe the original owners allowed this builder to get away with the sub par quality building standards over looking so many discrepancies on their walk through. The worst tile setters I have ever witnessed. The grout spacing varies from .000 to .500 inches. Some spots no grout at all. As we were painting the hallway we found a 3/16 " gap between the wall and the ceiling. The garage has a crack in the concrete extending from the wall stem out across the floor

What a wonderful experience this has been! I started out so overwhelmed with all the details and Rhys truly helped me literally step-by-step and question-by-question. I was made to feel at ease and was supported throughout the entire process. I am so happy with my new Providence home and am looking forward to my new life here. Thanks for everything.

As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for anything more out of Rhys Williams. He made the process a million times easier than I could have even expected. Knowledgable, prompt to answer my million questions, and generally just a pleasure to work with. I know who I'll reach out to in the future for any property-related needs.

I recently helped stage a model at Keighley Place and worked alongside Clinton and team. They have been wonderful to do business with and always respond in very timely manner with great communication. As an Interior Designer I see a lot of homes with wasted space, and that is one thing I took notice of very quickly with Providence Homes layouts - the space is used wisely and the layouts "make sense"!

The name can be mis-leading.... though it says luxury it may not be to everyone definition. My home has had minor problems but its a home just like a car the areas of problem are from lack of maintenance either on my part or my previous owner. If you are looking for a decent home in a good neighborhood on decent sized lots this builder will take care of you. I am a contractor myself and am pleased over all with the over all product. The truth of the matter is you get what you pay for and in this instance you get a little more than you pay for compared to the competition.

Recently bought a home from Providence (Keighley Place). I looked at many, many models from different builders and was so happy to find a home that just has a straightforward layout (no weird extra rooms or wasted space) and the homes come (standard) highly upgraded compared to others that I looked at. They advertise themselves as being "luxury homes"...which is not necessarily the truth...
The building process was....slow. I was told finish in 4-5 months...well...9 months later and we're just now completing the process... The main problem is that there was NO communication from

Having a horrible experience with Providence right now. Had a home built at Keighley Place in Mesa was rushed into closing buy being told we would be charged daily if we postponed the final walk thru, so we did it. The supervisor Troy did not bother to write any of our concerns down on the punch list stating that he would make sure it was all taken care of! The outside of our home is missing shutters, decorative iron and the paint job looks poor. Open the door the first thing we see is the house is filthy, we could have made drywall angles on the floor! No glass enclosing our master shower, many
