In addition to our convenient storefront in Arlington, TX (top), our fleet of locksmith vans are fully outfitted to be able to handle almost all your car locksmith needs on-site, including cutting new keys (middle), and programming new fobs for all makes and models of cars, vans, and, trucks. One of the things we think of the least until we need it the most is the number of local and reliable car locksmiths.
We can come to you and replace your lost or damaged car, van, and truck keys on site. Here you see some key cutters inside one of our locksmith vans (top) and a sampling of the types of key fobs, remotes, and transponder head keys that we can program for you (bottom). A lost, or broken car key is nothing short of frustrating, and finding the right locksmith to replace it can give you a headache you don't need.
This customer called us when they were out shopping and realized they'd lost their key for their VW. We came out and cut and programmed a new key for them right on the spot. I bought a used car that only came with 1 key. Of coarse I lost that key before I could make an extra one. I was so stressed and worried, this is our only car at this moment! We called the number and was connected to an agent very quickly. She worked with us and was able to get a locksmith, Jose, out here as soon as possible. Jose was awesome, unlocked the car and gave us a new key fob. Very satisfied with Metroplex. I want to give them props for fast and accurate service. Also A+ for communication. Highly recommended!

SCAM Artists!! Stay away from this business. I had them make me a key and in less than 30 days the key that was made was completely useless. They refused to refund my money and only offered to make me a new (and possibly defective) key.
I was also never told about the ridiculous 30 day warranty. Who doesn't guarantee their work for the cost of $300?!
If you can, go elsewhere. They stole money from me and they don't stand by their service.

We called them in February to make a key for our Mercedes Benz they sent out a guy he made the key the next day key didn't work so he came out and said he needed to take out our modular AND BRING IT to the office NOW REMEMBER BEFORE WE CALLED Metroplex to make the key OUR CAR WAS RUNNING perfectly fine we just needed a key MADE HE RETURNS modular with a new key still not working so this been going on for over a month he been at my house about eight times now so they tell us we need to purchase a module we had totally disagree but to get the car running they give us a discount that modular

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your response. It seems to me you are assuming I didn't say anything to your team in ref to the price discrepancy and instead posted a negative review on Yelp? As a matter of fact, the "team" were all standing in front of me when I complained about the price difference...and not one of the four members of your team offered a resolution to the problem. My suggestion would be to find out from your team members why they let a customer walk out of the doors of this business, knowing what the team did was wrong.

Don't do it!!!! I got my Fob back in June and it only lasted 6 months... Mr ADRIAN, will only give you 30 warranty.... l spent more money on towing and getting a new Fob from the Mercedes dealership....not a good company to deal with . They wanted to charge me another 100 dollars to come look at Fob . This was a learning experience not to deal with off market brands ... DONT DO IT !!! He was also rude and stated he don't work for free instead of helping me to see what was wrong with Fob ....

I was very impressed with the service I received from metroplex locksmith. They came to my residence and quickly diagnose (wireless ignition module win) and fixed my 2009 Chrysler 300. They saved me a lot of money. I didn't have to call for a wrecker and have my vehicle towed to the dealership where I would have paid double to have my vehicle repaired.

Scammers for sure. Still waiting to hear from a manager and never have as of yet. Technician came out twice to try to get my key made. 1st time he grabbed the wrong remote 2 time I was told that they were taking too long so the impound asked him to leave. I called the impound and was told they never asked him to leave. So when I call back to speak to manager she argues with me until I call the impound on 3 way and was told that never happened. It was 6:45, they close at 7, and he still couldn't get me a key. I asked for a refund to which I was told they would keep 45 (I was told 19) for service
