Be sure and call well before 4 to reach the office. They leave well before 4. I called several times during their listed business hours only to reach the emergency line. The emergency line does not relay messages to office staff. No call back from office staff to schedule service after leaving several messages with emergency line. Do yourself a favor and call a more reputable company. Very poor customer service.

During this last crazy winter storm we were in a panic because the heating unit in our rental wouldn’t light and we’re concerned for our elderly tenants with the sub freezing temps. Bruce was the only company out of 10 that responded. They did not have a tech that could make it out to the property but called our tenants direct and we’re able to walk them through fixing it. They didn’t have a tech so they wouldn’t take payment and just truly wanted to help. Awesome people! Awesome service!

At my house I needed a unit change out and electrical air handler. It was ordered asap and fixed. Job was 100 percent complete and done in a quick time frame within a couple of hours. No issues were found only thing was my drain lines were clogged and they came right out and fixed that for me! After that everything has been perfect and the house is now sold to new homeowners! Office and staff are very friendly, professional, down to earth and very understanding! Family ran american business! Very happy with the customer service and experience. The guys who did the work were great Ben and Porfiro

Had an appointment scheduled from 8-12. No show. No call. It is now 2 p.m. and I am waiting on a call back. They never called me to let me know the appointment time would be missed due to a training class. My builder chose this company for service and I have had issues with my AC unit for the past 4 months and it is still not working properly.
*Two weeks have now passed and still the same story.
Made an appointment for repair a week ago. On the morning of the appointment, called to confirm and looked forward to the issue finally being repaired. 3 hours later, they call to reschedule. Unfortunately

After using another A/C company for my annual servicing, they told me my 1 year old unit needed $500 in repairs, even though my unit was working fine. Ended up calling Bruce mechanical for a second opinion and they were half the price, didn’t constantly try to sell me a service plan, and explained everything in detail. So helpful, and taught me small things I can do myself to maintain things that don’t cost money. Really happy with these guys, David was great.
