07/31/17 - Thank you, Ruben and Andrea! A&R came highly recommended to me through a friend, and I was not disappointed. Ruben was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and fixed them the same day. He took the time to explain the repairs to me, and he even spoke to my warranty company that had previously denied my claim - and now I am getting compensated for the repairs.

We were trying to sell our house, but an inspector found an issue with the AC. We had two other people come out and “fix” the issue. I called and they showed up the same day to take care of the problem. He even helped the landscaper who had an issue completely unrelated to what he was doing.

I had A&R HVAC Service come out for a second opinion on my A/C unit and its cooling issues. I am so ecstatic to say say Ruben was able to fix my issues and speak to my concerns giving sound advice and direction for our needs! Our first opinion informed me of a $1,100 "fix" with the wrong freon, or a quote to replace the whole system inside and out. For pennies on the dollar, A&R HVAC Service did a phenomenal service from the time he drove up to the hand off of business cards! Hands down number one!! Thank you for your honesty and integrity!!

Great company and price. The guys that installed my unit worked all day and even after working so long with no breaks they still smiled and acknowledge us. Ruben came out to my home after my coil was freezing up. I was thinking the worst since the unit is already 15+ years old. Turns out it was just a bad connection at the capacitor 🤦♂️. I was amazed, any other company would of sold me a replacement unit costing me thousands! I appreciate your honesty! Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of my old AC unit failing on me 3-4 times in the 11 years we’ve owned our home. The reason I say pleasure is due to the timely and amazing service I’ve received from A&R HVAC Service. Ruben is exceptionally knowledgeable in his profession and provides excellent value. At one point I signed up for the AC coverage from Reliant due to its age. After a while we had an issue and I called the warranty company. Their guy came out, charged the diagnosis fee, and he looked at the system for a couple hours. We were told that they could fix it and would send it up to the warranty

I called A&R HVAC to do my annual air conditioner check. I was impressed with Andrea who was patient with me when I had to reschedule. When Ruben came out, he was polite and professional. He did the most thorough job. Actually, I have never had such comprehensive inspection before by any company. I will definitely call them again as needed. Highly recommend!
