Hate to leave this review, as Chris the project manager is amazing and one of the hardest working people I've ever met, and I did enjoy working with Jeanne the design consultant, and Bower Traust does produce a good home. However, the owners have refused to fix things on my brand new home that are in the walk through list signed at closing. My driveway was cracked and filled in horribly before I closed. Despite it being on the walkthrough things they would fix, they have said it was AT&T who broke the driveway so they're not liable, even though this happened before I bought the home, plus did not

Mel came over for an estimate for our house project we were considering and he was very easy to work with. We ultimately did not go through with the project but we very much appreciated his time effort. Based on our experience, and our experiences with other contractors, I would absolutely recommend BowerTraust for a home renovation project you may be considering.
