Onofrio sent out some guys today that helped me fix my stuck front door. The HOA had sent people out before who did shoddy work arounds without actually solving the issue. I'm unsure of the names of the fellas who came out today but they did outstanding work and I am very happy to have a functional, working door again! Will keep them in mind for future repairs!

I've been working with OCI through my HOA for several years and they have always done great work for us. So, I hired them to do a small bathroom remodel. I replaced a tub surround with a step-in shower, replaced the toilet & replaced the tile flooring. The bathroom turned out beautiful!

Working with OCI has been a pleasure over the last 4 years. Their quality is consistent and their pricing is fair. When dealing with contractors for HOAs, great communication and honesty are the best one could ask for and OCI exudes both. If something is not up to par they are back on site as soon as possible to correct it. You don’t find customer service like that everywhere and I consider myself lucky to get to work with a company with such integrity. I highly recommend this company for any projects, and even recommend them to my personal friends when they have home projects!

This is a very dishonest construction company, they do shoddy work, and do not honor warranty repairs. They are one of the contractors for a community where I own a home. They have repaired a water line in the common area of my home 5 times this summer and have failed to properly repair the pinhole leak, and have caused other leaks in the area due to their haphazard approach to plumbing repair - not to mention the amount of water that has been wasted due to their negligence.
