Our company is the culmination of over 150 years of combined experience in the construction industry. At Potter Construction, we are firm believers that quality is always better than quantity.
Don Potter formed his first company, Potter Builders, in 1991. The company quickly became a well-known premier custom home and estate builder in the Charlotte NC area. Potter Construction Services was founded in 2008 to accommodate the increased demand from our commercial clients. Our company has since become recognized as one of the region's most reputable Commercial General Contractors.
We worked with Odell and Associates to transform an existing unoccupied space into their office headquarters. Floor to ceiling glass wall systems, contemporary fixtures, and unfinished concrete columns and ceilings were installed to achieve the modern industrial aesthetic the firm desired. The finish product was a unique and welcoming space for Odell's clients and employees.
At Kalu Asian Kitchen, we helped our clients create a beautiful space by adding contemporary flair to traditional Asian design. Unique, bold finishes, and a one of a kind lighted bar were installed to create an exciting atmosphere for this up-town eatery. Kalu showcases our company's ability to create exceptional spaces for a diverse range of clients.
We were excited to work with SunTrust Bank, one of our newest clients, to install a remote ATM for their greater Charlotte market. We worked closely with SunTrust's designers and vendors to ensure we exceeded their high standards for service and that our final product was delivered on time and within budget.
