Although not officially, David likes to pretend he is one of the rare natives of Charlotte. From the day David arrived in 2004, the Queen City has had his heart. After obtaining his Civil Engineering degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, David has since founded a number of entities related to residential and commercial real estate.

David is involved in multiple joint ventures with other local home builders such as Vista Homes, Nest, Simonini and many more. David is active in land and commercial development in both "Southend" Charlotte and the Lake Norman area. He enjoys spending time at home, on the Lake and visiting Wrightsville beach with his wife Kristi Smith, and their two dogs Kaiser and Connolly.

A 2003 graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA, Adam began his professional career with a regional homebuilder based out of Atlanta. Adam excelled and was promoted within the company, which brought him to Charlotte, NC in 2006.

The crew that is at the site in Cornelius was blocking the sidewalks every morning and harassing people that walked by daily. I raised this issue to Adam of Barringer homes and it was rectified and the sidewalk is no longer impeded by their trucks. It's been a week now with no issues!! Thanks Adam!!!

This was our third new construction home buying experience, and we were so impressed with Barringer. David, Mike, Josh, Kristi, and Morgan all did a wonderful job of designing, building, and delivering great service on our house. There have been significantly fewer post-closing repairs relative to our other new home purchases (I keep looking around the house to try and find stuff that needs to be fixed, and I just can't find any problems!). For the few very minor issues we've needed help with, Mike and Josh have been very responsive and quick to resolve things.
I would strongly recommend Barringer
