Outstanding experience all around. I almost spent twice the amount at one of their competitiors, to seat 4 employees. At Freedman's, I ended up seating 10 and still paid HALF for nicer product, too!
Andrea was sweet, knowledgeable, and fast (because we needed to be quick, but we were not rushed at all). At that other place... the lady was cranky and frustrated to answer questions. Andrea was like an angel swooping in to help us.
We chose to pick-up and the guys in the warehouse helped us pack everything beautifully. While loading, I met the owner, who genuinely appreciated our business, and who

A friend/new employee moved to town and was willing to invest in a quality chair and possibly more so we traveled to Tampa. The selection of quality office chairs was nice. The friend is a tall man and it was difficult to find a chair that fit him right. But Goldilocks found it and the warehouse team had it assembled and loaded in about 10 minutes. The 4 instead of 5 stars was the sales person would ask a question and then hurry away. Maybe it's social distancing and I shouldn't be so hard. The overall selection is ok. We drove across town from Brandon/Riverview area to the location near the Tampa airport of Hillsborough Ave. It had sufficient office furniture to see on-site. However, our interest was for the home. Limited file cabinet options for our needs. I'm sure they offer appropriate professional furniture to the community. The individual that answered our questions was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

5 stars for alexandra who was extremely patient and knowledgeable in getting to select our office furniture for over 4k $.she was extremely personable and gave us the detailed options on furniture. Here is the twist after the order was made I got an email stating one of the cabinets that were in stock while we ordered is no more available and we had to either wait for 8 weeks or pay a freight charge of 100$.Why put your problems on customer? Their purchasing dept has zero courtesy to even tender an apology for their mistake instead we were forced to pay the extra money which is ripoff.will stay

Freedman's was awesome. We were moving into our new office and was very nervous about our outdated furniture. After talking with Freedman's we were excited to upgrade. It was amazing to have our space laid out professionally and maximizing our space. Everyone has matching desks and we look great! I am so happy with Freedman's because they took the time to understand our needs and constraints. I wholehearted endorse Freedman's. They truly get it a world that sometimes doesn't.
