I called on January 6, 2022 about a desk on their website, was told it was in stock, had been tested, worked fine, etc. I said I would be ther in an hour to look at it, drove an hour in traffic, burning how much gas, only to walk through the door and be told that they had already sold it, even though it had supposedly been sitting there for over 6 months. What are the chances of that happening? They also weren't very apologetic or empathetic and didn't even offer to help me, make amends or even show me anything else. Too close to closing time perhaps? Too lazy to bother with the person

Overall great experience. I worked with Jason (owner) directly who took me from online inquiry all the way to loading the car. Very hands on and knew his stuff. I came in to pick up an office chair and left with two other accent chairs, as they have a great selection. Clean and professional location.

Superior service! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I broke my husbands Herman Miller chair. I happened upon an ad for Office Furniture 911. I gave them a call and they said bring it on by. We dropped off and they had it repaired before we even got home. They are incredibly honest too. After repairing the job wasn't as complicated as planned, so they refunded us the difference. We wouldn't have even known. The other place we had contacted couldn't see us for about a month and then had to order parts. Cost was estimated.at $250. Office Furniture 911 was $120. They have all

Mo and the moving team were fantastic and went over and above to get us situated in our new space as quickly as possible. I'm leaving 4 stars only because I think the job was under-assessed at the beginning, and it ultimately took longer than expected to complete. Other than that, It was a stellar job and I'd use them again!

Excellent selection - HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! The salesman (Bob) in charge of opening the store didn't even arrive until 8:07am and he acted like he was early! Didn't have any sense of urgency, didn't apologize for running late or keeping me waiting. In fact, he actually acted as if I was bothering him. He was not engaging at all - didn't ask what I was looking for or try to make any recommendations. He answered my questions in the fewest amount of words possible. Would NEVER want him to serve me AGAIN! I would only go back if someone else was working the sales floor.
