True Texas professionals. Vortex Climate Control is a company that has earned my business. John was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Honesty seems to have reduced in some businesses, but not at Vortex. I was shown all of the issues John found and given additional tips on prolonging the life of a 15 year old system. In less than 2 hours my system was blowing cold again. There was no attempt to sell me a new system, or parts I didn’t need. If you look up reviews on Vortex you won’t see much as it seems word of mouth is how people have found them. We found them on a neighbors post

Customers- have your "A" coil inspected!
Vortex serviced my AC for the last 5 years. 2+ years for a landlord, and 3 for me.
At my first service call after buying this house, I asked them for a complete inspection of the AC unit. The AC was old, but still working suprisingly well.
At this year's service call, although the AC was still cooling well, a couple of issues were found so I decided to have Vortex replace the old workhorse with a new unit for about $5000.
As the new AC was being installed, I looked at the old one on the driveway and saw thick blankets of filth covering the

I was extremely pleased with Vortex Climate Control's service. They came after hours, around 7, came within the hour and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my AC within an hour at a very reasonable rate. The gentleman also gave me advice on how to keep my AC running efficiently. I highly recommend this service to anyone out there who needs prompt, friendly and fast AC or heating servicing.
