This service manger is rude and incompetent.

One week later Audi Gilbert called me for rescheduled. They made rescheduled available day. But today they called me again they need reschedule. So I asked to manager what's happened. She was very rude.
She didn't listen and not confirm reschedule day. Just reschedule maybe moved it again. It is a nut. Manger has to control their engineer's schedule with customer's appointment. That manager didn't do that well.
It is worst experience.

I've decided on a new Audi for my next purchase but it certainly won't be from Gilbert. Having done all my research online I knew that I wanted an Etron. So, I found a used Durango online and made an inquiry about it. Ahamed reached out to me and I told him I already had a loan from Navy Federal and I had the check plus I wanted to trade in my Tahoe. Came to Arizona with my daughter's small Q3 and could hardly fit inside with the four of us plus the luggage and a golf club. Thankfully Audi Gilbert saves the day. Dustin went out of his way to call the other Audi dealer at Scottsdale to get the roof box and base carrier parts. Had service done by Audi chandler and came here because I live so much closer to them to turn off the service due light since it seems chandler forgot to do so. Audi gilbert said it was a liability for them to turn it off for me. They could check the system and tell there is nothing wrong to turn it off. They stuck by their “liability†statement. Clearly this dealer is only after money.
I would avoid this place and just go to Audi chandler. At least Audi chandler will work with people and isn’t all about the money.

Went in to pick up some floor mats I ordered from the parts center for my car and the person working the counter couldn't stay off his phone to barely even help me. Even when he did got off his phone he was very short with me and rude for no reason considering I was the only customer in there. Sure makes it hard to want to shop local when they act like that, may as well take business to another dealer or an online one.

Purchased my certified pre owned Q3 at this dealership a few months ago. This SUV is great so far and a very smooth ride. A week ago, however, the handle on the glove compartment fell off unexpectedly. I brought the vehicle to the dealership, and the girl who assisted me was awesome. She made sure the service would be covered by the warranty, ordered the part right away, and scheduled the appointment at a convenient time for me. She went beyond the call of duty to help me out, which is not that common at dealerships.

The dealership experience I had was awesome. My sales person was Max Rolerson and I could not have asked for a better sales person. He told me everything up front and did not try to hide anything or try and tactics to get me to buy anything more than I wanted or needed. I would highly recommend Max if you visit.

Awful! Made a deal with Evan Synder over the phone as the costco rep. Deal was with no money down. All reviewed last night on the phone. Drive 35 miles to meet at 2pm. Not only was he not ready for me, but he tried to use the old bait and switch tactic and now get me a downpayment of $3000.
To make matters worse, the Sales Manager tried to blame it on me and a lack of communication.

I have taken my Q5 to Audi Gilbert twice in the last month and worked with Al Rizzo. The first time was for routine maintenance. Al was very attentive and personable. It made an impression because I had an unexpected tire blowout on my vehicle on morning. It became a stressful situation. I called Al and without hesitation helped ease the situation. I was able to put a spare on my car and drive it to the dealership where I met Al. He had everything ready to go, including a loaner vehicle. My car got fixed in 1.5 days.
