This is the first time I've hired movers.They worked with me to move on short notice on a Sunday (day after Christmas). Their price was reasonable and they were so flexible with all the unconventional items (bags, boxes with no lids, loose items, clothing on hangers, etc). My mom (who's used movers before) was impressed with their efficiency and flexibility.

Whole process was easy and painless. Booked the move through text which was awesome and didn't have to spend time phone tagging with someone. Great perk!
Movers showed up on time quickly wrapped everything and got the entire move done so fast!

Chris and Gavin showed up this morning at my place in La Mesa and went full into moving mode the minute they arrived. I spoke with Jon as I was setting everything up and he was very receptive and patient with all of my questions. On the drive from San Diego to Los Angeles, Gavin and Chris were very communicative with me and let me know how far they were and much more, which made all the difference when it came to feeling that all my things were in safe hands. I am so glad that I found them!

We used Purely Move 3 separate moves. Each time the crew showed up on time and ready to go to work. They were quick and careful and also very polite and accommodating. Each crew even tho different guys all were great and so professional. I would highly recommend them for your move. I shopped rates and their rates were much lower than others. Great value and a pleasure to work with .

Avoid this company at all cost. Moving took about 5 hrs from 9:30 to 2:30 but Jessi, owner of this company, insists to charge us 1hr 30min more for port to port fee which they briefly mentioned the email with no detail description. We had three movings in San Diego with all different moving company and we didn't have to pay for this called port to port fee.

YESS!!! I am so skeptical about moving companies.. my biggest concern is being over charged . I felt really comfortable talking to Brandon about how many guys it would take and over all how much I would be charged without feeling like I got bent over. Gavin was super helpful, and professional. The guys were really careful with some of my more delicate items when I asked them too, and they were so nice and polite about it! (Most movers act like you're being over-bearing) . Highly recommend definitely using them again!

Purely Move provided reliable moving service for me twice in the past year. They take great care of your furniture, wrapping in protective wrap securely at no extra charge. They take great care in not scratching or damaging other structures or walls. They are fast and efficient from providing online quote to end receipt. Zach was my phone… contact and provided a written quote by email right away. Movers were C.J. And Gavin and they were efficient and a great team. They showed up on time, called beforehand, and everything was done on time or even sooner. Their attitudes were friendly upbeat
