Paid for packing they just threw my stuff in boxes without wrapping, necklaces all got tangled, broken dishes, lost items like clothing and hats no where to be found, broken furniture, trim damaged in home, price quote was inaccurate and paid double what they said. Also they left a bunch of items in home I vacated and I needed to go back to get them. Tried to call the company for resolution and they ignored me. Do not use them.

Used this service yesterday and let me tell you it was by far the best display of professionalism from this moving company. These guys don't play around not only are they prompt, they work fast and safely. I really appreciate these guys I wasn't able to move my family due to being stuck out of the country because of travel restrictions and Luis was very helpful in helping me execute the relocation of my family. Their prices are very reasonable and I would personally highly recommend these guys!!!!!

Although I made it clear I need to install a washer and dryer and asked if they provide such service before I hire them, and they confirmed that, they did a very sloppy job and switched the water hoses and didn’t even connect the gas hose nor the air connector. Moreover they charged me 30 minutes extra for driving 10 minutes although they charged me for the 5.5 hours full time service including driving time. As for problem solving and customer care, they don’t care. I will never hire them again.

I've used this moving service twice over the last three months in 2019 and have been blown away both times. Their reservation process was easy and quick. Communication with Luis is prompt and respectful. Whether it was two or three workers sent on assignment, they were all extremely hardworking, respectful and very positive. Finished a 1BR move in 2-3 hours both times with no hassle and no damages!!!! Would absolutely recommend their service and will be using them again!

Called Luis two days before my move when we realized we needed movers. They gave us an excellent and fair quote so we decided to hire them. We mostly needed help with loading and unloading since most of our stuff was packed up already. They were communicative with their arrival time (they were having issues with their truck and slightly delayed) and we managed to move a two bedroom apartment (+living room&kitchen) into a townhouse in only 3 hours!!
