Wow. I am so glad that I finally checked the reviews on Yelp for this company. We have a new house with three Lenox systems that our builder installed through this company. They have been problematic since the beginning. This company is bad, bad, bad all around. I'm finding that they charge 100 - 200 times more than other companies for repairs and service calls. Total rip off and they all have attitudes. Take your business somewhere else.

An Awfully built HVAC system in our new construction home in Katy Texas.
The system has not been fixed in over 10 months. at least 6 different technicians have visited at least 7 times and each time it adds a new problem. 3 Technicians came yestersay, I told them what has happened in the past and each time their service added new problems. They worked on the system, made some adjustments and said everything should work fine now.
Currently my AC is running 24 hours non-stop since technicians' last visit almost a month ago and the ONLY way to make it stop running is to turn it OFF from the Breaker

After was frustrated with their response I had two other opinions and was told compressors was damaged because of their incompetence and over charging of Freon . With two opinions in my hand called them and they agreed compressor is damaged but so arrogant that wouldn't accept it was their fault even though Freon was at 180 and guess what was

The service at this company is mediocre and I'm being nice. This is the second time we've been give a "timeframe" and they can't meet it by one or even TWO HOURS. If you use this company plan on waiting ALL DAY. They show up ONE TO TWO HOURS later than the time frame they give you which means that they don't finish until 3-4 hours after they promise.
I'm in sales and service industry. If I showed up two hours late to my clients, I wouldn't even get an opportunity to have them as a client. Unacceptable.

Advice: choose another company, Air innovations sucks! This company's customer service is deplorable. We have had an ongoing issue with our hvac system for a little over two years, each time we call Air Innovations to come out (for the same exact issue) they want an additional $89 for service. Less than two months ago we paid this company upwards of $250 to finally "fix" the issue only for the heat to go out in less than two months. We were told that anything could've happened inside of that 60 days and that... shocker, we would have to pay another service charge and cover any

I dont know why we keep using this service. Don't pay for the Diamond Club its utter BS. We will be without AC for an entire week. They can't tell us when our part will be in or even when they will arrive for an initial visit. They have fixed the same problem 3x already and the last time the supervisor swore up and down it would not happen again as they had personally paid for a better quality part.

Just had Air Innovations come to calibrate the temperature In the rooms of our home. Cody and Abby were extremely polite and professional. They came in and checked the problem areas and also addressed the concerns I had about some loud noises that I had heard previously in our system. They checked the systems and diagnosed the problem as low Freon which they promptly fixed. Thumbs up guys.

STAY AWAY ... this company scams its clients for more money every visit. I seriously think they broke my unit to need to repair it. They took 7, Yes 7 trips to diagnose a leak and ended up charging me over $700 to fix it yet the Freon they put in the system leaked right back out bc they did not do the proper diagnosis the first time. I asked the Company for the money back bc all they did did not even diagnose the problem ... they never called back or even tried to address it. Now my system makes a loud god awful noise which it has never done and they want me to pay another $220 when I think they

When we called the proper company the next day they just rolled their eyes and couldn't believe any technician could be so incompetent to do that. Then, when we tried to bring this up with them and get our money back, or even some of it, they just stiff-armed us.

This by far the worst AC company I've ever experienced! The answering service was not able to reach the technicians on call! They have a 30 minute call window if no one calls you should call back I did over several times and the same technician was prompted to my address Quincy Jones! This guy in return complained about how hot it is and how busy he is and how he might not make it and never followed up ! This is by far unprofessional and unacceptable as a customer! Issue not resolved !

I bought my house in 06/2014 not knowing the several mistake made by Air Innovations, LLC (281-830-2412) during installation process 2 1/2 years ago. Recently the entire A/C system fail, so I called "ABACUS" to check the problem, as result of their investigation, their report mentioned more than 10 wrongfully installation procedures made since the A/C was installed and for that reason the A/C unit failed. My main concern is that now I have a big layer of mold/mildew building inside the A/C unit in the attic, plus a possible replacement cost of $3000 to $6000. My Insurance will no cover

If I can I will give 0 star to thus business. This company is not honest and incompetent. They installed A/C heating units in My 2 years old new house due to builder's selection. And it has tons of problem since day one. Starting from wiring my 2 BD floor unit to 3 floor thermostat. Then I have to refill freon every year. They claimed it was normal for a new house that freon wasn't charged fully and assured me there wasn't any leak and the freon recharge was under the warranty. They actually just tried to hide the problem until it was passed warranty period. Now my warranty is over
