Air Oracle is the absolute best AC company, period. It look me a while to find them after feeling ripped off and unappreciated by others. James and his team go above and beyond and do the very best for each and every customer. I bought my house knowing that the AC/heating system was going to have to be replaced pretty soon. From the first contact, Air Oracle was extremely responsive and professional. Their techs were knowledgeable and quickly installed a new condenser outside and furnace and coil in the attic. My wife and I are very satisfied with their service and all the work was done at a reasonable price. We will be recommending them any chance we get.

I highly recommend Air Oracle for any of your air conditioning or heating needs! Our system went down on Saturday night, I contacted the owner James Garner Sunday morning and he personally came out and got us up and running until they could install a new unit, as well as the evaporator in the attic. It's not often you get that type of service from the head man, but we did. His technicians were out here as promised on Monday morning we got a fair price and the installation was done in 3 hours and we were up and running. I have heard nothing but great reviews on Air Oracle, and now after doing business

I live in Waco, my significant other called me telling me that her home ac was blowing warm air, there was nothing I could do from here, I immediately went to the "Ask Cypress" site on FB and found a lot of positive reviews for this company. I called them and decided to hang up because I wanted to talk to her first, they immediately called me back to ask what I needed, I told them about our dilemma, we scheduled a service call the next day. Wow! What an awesome experience start to finish!! I can't say enough how impressed I am with this company and the service we received. I actually got the recommendation from our neighborhood facebook page. Now I know why they come so highly recommended. We left a message early in the morning and were contacted within an hour of opening. The tech that come out was so friendly and polite. There was no pressure to "replace" the unit. For years I didn’t have much trust in any AC service company for the fear of being overcharged or charged for services I don’t need. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Ivan, the technician from Air Oracle that took apart our old furnace and A/C system and installed our new ones, did a great job: professional, knowledgeable, proficient. Our air went out on a Saturday. When we called them they came out within hours and changed out a bad part but noticed the compressor was bad too. They got our air running for the weekend until we could get a whole new unit. They came out 5 days later and changed out the outside unit, the inside unit and all our duct work. They had everything done… by that afternoon and had someone clean up the mess they made. Nice friendly workers who don’t over charge you. If you want someone trustworthy and reliable call this company you will not be disappointed.

Yesterday at 9 AM an Air Oracle technician diagnosed our AC and said it wasn't cooling because the evaporator coil leaked out all the freon. I asked for a quote to replace the evaporator coil and for quotes on a new AC unit. At 2:20 PM I called to see if they were working on it, and they told me that they were. Today at 2:25 PM I had still not received any quotes, so I called and told them to cancel the quotes - they have lost my business.
As a side note, we had Davis AC and Heating out last night at 6 PM and they had a quote for us before the technician left - THAT is how business should

I did not get to meet James himself - maybe next time!! But I can say he cares about his crew and his customers. The crew was respectful, clean, professional, and educated me on what I needed and even told me what I should not spend on. They did not try to oversell me after two other HVAC companies not only tried to oversell me, they flat out did… not do testing or balancing that they charged me for. Scheduling was easy, these guys are reliable and they got the job done. I will always call on them in the future and recommend them highly. High integrity in HVAC seems hard to come by.... these

What can I say about James. All great things is what I could say. Professional, timely, great prices and just an overall great person to deal with. I have had issues with my new A/C for several years. After several other companies tried to attempt this fix and correct my issues, I decided to reach out to James. I am so glad I did.
