Through his knowledge of the industry, ability to select and retain the best staff, and referrals from loyal customers, the company quickly outgrew Rick's basement.
In 2003 the company began construction of a commercial complex comprised of two new 9,800 square foot buildings on Queen Anne Rd in Harwich. Rick Roy Construction moved into a portion of one of the buildings in the fall of 2004. In 2009, the company purchased another portion of the building adding a custom cabinet shop, a paint spray booth, expanded offices, and more warehouse space.

Believe I was told he averages 60 houses annually. This was mentioned as a positive. I came to find out it was beyond a negative. We were referred to him by his architect and we made the mistake of balking at his initial bid. He ended up lowering the price by 15%. I’m not sure if this is the reason that I had such a bad experience or if this is just their product. Delay after delay, and excuse after excise. But we could never get rick back on the phone. I’ve had this home for a year and it is already falling apart. When all is said and done, this home was finished 8 months after originally
