I called and left a message because I was afraid we had a wasp issue (found two live wasps in basement within a five minute timeframe).
Got a call back, and that call ensured I'll never call this company again.
The guy asked for a recap of my issue.
Then he asked, "So what do you want? Do you want to get on a service plan?" That seemed odd and salesy to me since it seemed obvious I wasn't just inquiring about a service plan. I said I don't know about ongoing service, but for now I need a one-time thing.
After some more back and forth he said he'd squeeze me in the

Can't recommend this business enough! Larry the owner was able to do a same day service with about 4 hrs notice. I had evidence of a mouse in my home. He arrived in the allotted time, answered all my questions and did a thorough job checking the house. We found a small exterior hole that was promptly sealed. He gave me traps to set and told me where to put them. Reasonably priced as well!
