Technician Matt was just out to my home for my annual rodent preventative maintenance (filling bait stations, setting traps, checking perimeter for entry points, etc.) - this is the second year in a row he's been out, and not only does he do a great job, quickly and professionally (that resulted in NO visible evidence of rodents last fall/winter) he's just an incredibly lovely person - personable, polite, funny and made a best friend in my dog. Great value for a great service! I got estimates from other business at a much higher cost.. The low fee we paid here included initial visit (setting baits, plugging access holes), follow-up visit (effectiveness assessment, clean up) and a 90 day guarantee. I called Mike for a consult on a bug issue. He was prompt in his responses and helped deescalate my anxiety over the problem. I didn’t end up using his services because he informed me of options that I could do myself, which I appreciate in a business and made me feel like he wasn’t out to charge me for something I didn’t need. We had a bee hive in our back yard, which was concerning because we have a 2 year old who loves to be outside. After talking with Mike about our problem, he was at our home the next day to take care of our new problem. I would absolutely recommend Be There for any of your pest problems. Had a hornet and and problem. We called and Mike got back to us right away and came out the same week. He showed up on time and explained how the hornets and ants work (very knowledgeable) and how he was going to get rid of them. He also told us what to look out for in the next couple weeks and let him know if there is still any activity. I feel great about this place!! I am so happy to not have to worry about seeing hornets or ants anymore!

They came with the impression that we would get a warranty for 90 days as long as there were no 'entry points' in the house - they 'didn't notice' until the 3rd time that there were suddenly entry points, so the 'warranty no longer applied.' Very interesting timing.
He seemed to put out poison, however, we waited over a month and we asked him to come back again, because nothing had changed. We started to feel like he wasn't putting out enough poison for the mice, and generally started to feel like this wasn't a good service.

My husband has been hearing mice in the basement and we called a couple other places which have failed to catch any mice or solve the issue. Then we tried Be there and not only did they got the mice issue solved, they even helped us solve other problems like spiders, ants, flies etc. Their professional team came asking if we had any other issues and walked in rooms you would like help with and then walk around the house just to make sure we weren't being attacked by any other unknown pests. Jeremy was great! His business card reads "Problem Solver" and yes! That's what he is! He even came back to remove used traps. Very thoroughly went around the perimeter of my home and closed off all possible entryways for pests. Great customer service at a very affordable rate. I highly recommend! Other companies quoted me $600 for what he did at a third of that cost. We need more decent businesses like this in the world! Five stars for sure!! Very satisfied. Thank you, Jeremy!
