Along with partners Jesse and Justin, they have created a model unique to this market. Absolutely top notch. These guys are locally owned, and super friendly. Exactly the kind of small business that you feel good to support. I talked to Mike on a Saturday. He was very friendly and took plenty of time to talk about my problems with carpenter ants. Justin came by a couple of days later and completed our service very quickly.

He also took the time to talk about some additional items that he noticed. I haven't seen a single ant since they finished. I could not be any happier with their fast friendly service. These guys are awesome. I manage a restaurant in Calhoun Square and since they've been doing our pest control, I have not had to credit any customers.

We called RemTech to help with a mouse problem in our house. Justin made several trips out and worked with us until the problem was solved. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We also had our yard sprayed for bugs and were very impressed with how bug free our yard was all summer. We highly recommend RemTech!

RemTech was great to work with! They fit me in same day I called. In treating wasps, they chose chemicals that took into consideration the location of nests and my pets, and offered to return for a second application if needed. I'll definitely use them again should I have another pest problem.

I've used Rem Tech for two years now. They are responsive and professional. One of the things that I look for most in a service provider is communication. Theirs is terrific-I never have to wonder if someone is going to answer the phone or get back to me in a timely manner. Found a mouse in my dishwater. They understood my devistation and had someone out in less than 24 hours. They were prompt, thorough and went into a room that was in total disarray to be sure every room was inspected. They followed up as promised and offered to come back sooner if we needed them to. I called these guys about a hornet’s nest in my front yard, and Justin came out the same day. They validated our concerns and quickly resolved the issue. Communication was both professional and extremely friendly. They’ll do everything they can to ensure your pest problems are eliminated. They’re also local which is a huge plus.
