Just don't Hire Paffy's, even if you think "Hey, local businesses are worth supporting!" I just wrote a review unpacking the copious ways in which this company cannot even do the one thing they advertise correctly: pest control. And then I lost the whole thing, so (now) I will briefly sum up a few reasons why you should take your 3-season pest control business elsewhere. We still have wasps and roaches. We had an exterminator out to our house twice in the winter to deal with our mice problem. They located the hole that the mice were getting in from but would not plug it because it was winter and there was snow covering it… so they set traps to catch the mice and said they would come back out in the spring to plug the hole free of charge. They never came out and as soon as the mice came back in the summer they said we’re out of our window and they would charge us to plug the hole. TERRIBLE customer service, not to mention the exterminator was extremely late both times he showed up. Would not

My first impression of Paffy's wasn't so great! I heard such great things but our original scheduled technician the first time never showed up. They didn't even bother to call and reschedule. On our 2nd attempt, he showed up much later than the scheduled time. Would have been nice to get a courtesy call instead of waiting around to see if they would show up. For the price I paid, I hope they do a much better job the next time around.

I was referred to their service through FB and family. Paffy's service is good the people are nice. I had a moth infestation in my home and it was a pest that the technician couldn't figure out and had to do some research. He said that he was going to get back to me in a couple of days. Never got back to me (Ghosted). He was nice and help me in a moment to help get rid of a hornets nest, but ghosted me on the main reason for the call.... the moths. Was charged for the hornets nest at a somewhat high price (I understand it was short notice).

Great service. We were dealing with the summer fanfare of insects, rodents, spiders, and other unwanted creatures and anticipating the return of Japanese Lady Bugs in the fall and winter. Called these folks up to set up service. Got an upfront cost estimate based on square footage of our house and arranged for our first appointment. Joe showed up early (wow), rang our doorbell but we did not hear it. He inspected the outside of the house, applied spray, and wrote up his report for us. Donald was exceptional. The customer service he provided was refreshing. He called in advance to inform of his eta. He arrived at the time he stated he would. He respected that I had to leave for work at a certain time. He was friendly and explained every action he took and made sure we were satisfied with that. He further explained how extermination process would work throughout the year, which was helpful. He seemed to be very knowledgeable of his duties and extermination, which was comforting and i learned alot myself. I am definitely satisfied with the service. I believe their prices are reasonable

I have used paffy"s for the last 2 years. Plan on using them this year also to continue to deal with my carpenter ants in one of my trees. Also going to hire them to take care of my mole problems in my yard. Very easy company to work with never had any issues.

I hired Paffy's last year to deal with a Wasp & Ant issue around my home. I purchased a 3-season plan. They came out in the Spring and did the first treatment which ended up solving the problem for the whole year and I actually forgot they were supposed to come back and do two more treatments because I never saw another wasp or ant all summer.

This spring I saw Wasps flying around again when I was working on my bike so I called Paffy's to have them come out and treat the yard again.

The representative who answered noticed that they never did the additional 2 treatments and acknowledged

5/5 Stars for me! Very friendly and professional family owned company! Seen one of there vehicles in my neighborhood and figured I’d give them a call considering my building has had an on going mice problem and no other company’s could seem to get them to go away! Called Paffys and they got out to me the next day and gave me a very reasonable price and took care of me! Will definitely call again if I need there services!

Paffy's Pest contol is terrible. The tech showed up at my home with no mask, no gloves, and no shoe covers. He walked through my house and basement wearing work boots and carrying a hand spray bottle of what appeared to be water. It doesn't matter because he never used it anyway.

The Paffy's tech never looked in closets or under sinks or even behind furniture. His explanation was that he treated the outside of our house.

I called the Paffy's office to complain and left several messages before receiving a callback. Paffy's explanation was simply that they cannot be with

I never would have expected pest control at our 90-year-old house to be something I'd describe as a pleasure, but it actually is: from phone conversations with Megan and Barb to arrange our appointments to the skillful work performed by Choua, our all-star tech, we can't recommend Paffy's highly enough. Choua has gone out of his way to resolve all our issues (including a very unusual one last winter!) and we look forward to his visits because he's so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and fun to chat with. Five+ stars!

I had a mouse problem in the Fall. They came out and put sticky traps and bait out and left and told me that I had a hole in my foundation close to the ground. The tech said he would come back in two weeks and caulk, but that it was too cold that day. A week later, I still had mouse droppings everywhere so I called back. The office asked me if I'd given him a check, (which I had), and they sent him back. When he got here he asked me if they hadn't explained that the bait would take two weeks to work. I explained that I couldn't go two weeks with mouse droppings on my stove

Dwayne, the owner, found the source of our case-making clothing moth problem for which we will be eternally grateful. This longtime, local, family-owned business really does treat the customer like family, as they say they do. SKIP THE BIG CHAINS! Terminix, which we had used in the past for a different problem, and Orkin, wanted to sign us up over the phone, without checking out the problem in person, for a contract for continuing services that, as it turns out, we did not need. Let me first start off by saying that we have really liked this company up until this point. The usual tech we had has always been very nice and professional. Today. Today was a different story. A different tech came for our last treatment of the season. We have a small jack Russell and we keep him locked behind a gate so he was no where near the tech. I could tell the tech was annoyed at his barking but I have a one and three year old at home with me as well so there was little I could do to stop his barking. Signed up for the 3 season plan when I recently moved into my new home. They came out promptly and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He offered tips and suggestions to avoid problems. He also took care of a yellow jacket burrow in the back yard that was keeping us from mowing. Fast and effective!

I had an awful experience. I have bees in my basement. I callled and set up an appointment for them to come check it out. The tech areived 2 hours early and sprayed my house without my permission or knowledge. Them left me a bill in my mailbox fo 170 bucks. Wife called to ask why they did this and was treated rudely. When I called back I made them come back out. The tech said that was the wrong treatment for the bee problem and it wouldnt solve anything. The tech then told me there was nothing he could do about the bees and I wouldnt be charged. Two months later I get a call asking for payment
