Car companies offer various warranties for the different parts of their vehicles. If something goes wrong with the car or truck before you run out the years or the miles, you can bring it in for a free repair. Warranties can be complicated, but in general, this is how they work. However, here at Green Ford, we like to go a step beyond the manufacturer to show why you should buy your new Ford or Lincoln vehicle from us.
We offer a lifetime warranty on the powertrain of new Ford vehicles, which means that no matter how long you own your Ford F-150 or Mustang, you can can always bring it to us for free repairs if something happens to the vehicle's engine or other essential mechanical parts.
We also offer other perks, such as interior and exterior protection for three years, a year of free basic maintenance for a used vehicle, and complimentary spring and fall safety inspections. Our sales staff knows everything there is to know about Ford vehicles both new and old, so whether you're stopping by to purchase a new Escape, Fusion, or Focus, you can trust that your sales representative will know about the features you're interested in.

Don't waste your time at this dealership. was told to come in for a better deal drove a hour and would not budge off the price. Found the exact same truck for 20 thousand less. They said it was a speacialty vehicle. Salesman rude...new car manager rude. Cameron is the only real stand up guy they. He even admitted to them blowing the price up 20 grand

Please stop sending me letters for service notification. If one can award the worst service department in the triad area, I would provide that award to the gentlemen working on Saturdays, he speaks to customers like he owns the place. The service is so horrible, and tastes so bad that I sold all my Fords and I will hopefully buy many cars, but never again will I buy a Ford. I have learned my lesson, if you want good service do not, I mean do not buy a Ford. It's nice to read other reviews and realize this is not in my head and it is actually something other people agree with me on too. And

I bought used Ford Fusion 5 days ago, and the salesman changed the monthly installments from 60 to 63 months without explaining this to m, I surprised with that, after I signed most of the financing paper .
Also, I found the driver's side window not working properly on the second day after I purchased the car, so when I called Green Ford, they mentioned that I might be paying for the repair of a defect, which should be fixed before selling that car to me.

This is a 2 part review. Let's start with sales. I was told to come there multiple times to be turned down or to be told I needed a down payment 1/2 the price of the car. After multiple times like this I was contacted by Andrea who told me I was approved and her manager told her to tell me to come in. LIES! When the manager went through the text chat they saw how I told her not to waste my time as I was coming from work and was tired. Guess what?!? Turned down again. Even if I could buy a car there I wouldn't.
Next, service. Where do I begin. I told them that I needed my valve gasket

I bought a used F-150 and decided on an extended warranty. When the truck had a problem using antifreeze I took it in. Service tech essentially said I was mistaken because he could find no leak. Problem continued until I went to a different dealer. They told me leaking turbo coolant lines were a common problem on eco boost. Of course now the extended warranty has expired. $1,200 repair that should have been covered under warranty. It will be a cold day in hell before I go to Green Ford again.

I brought a used 2015 GMC Sierra on Memorial Day May 25th by June 5th the transmission went out while driving. It could've cause an, incident very unsafe. I feel like I've been scammed. For a new transmission it will cost $4500. I reached out to Wiley Bass the salesperson for Green Ford and I'm still waiting on a response. Update I finally got in touch with Wiley Bass. His response was sorry but I can't do anything about it and your stuck with the $4500 bill. I'll never give them my business again and I advise everyone to do the same.

I was interested in a 2020 Mustang Shelby GT R. I spoke with Cameron over the phone. He was pleasant and said the GM Jeremy Collins would give me a great deal. I drove two hours on Presidents' Day from Charlotte to Greensboro. The car was advertised at $2000 under MSRP on line. A good deal on an R Mustang. In addition I inquired about an order for a special model Heritage edition. They had one allocation available for this car.
Cameron brings me into Jeremys office and after a brief introduction I say why I was there. I asked about the car and advertised price. He said the listed price was

We heard from the dealership after our review. They wanted to reimburse us for the money that we spent for the two most damaged tires, which was about $145.00. That sounded good, but then they wanted to sell two more tires at $100.00. We would've had to cash their check and then use $100.00 of it to pay for tires that should've been good in the first place.
My husband told them that he wanted them to reimburse us for the tires and replace the other two. We have not heard back from them.
Having discussed these events with a friend, I learned that unscrupulous dealers will take

I just came here 10 days ago to help my roommate buy a 2018 Elantra for us to use. Just over a week later, they want us to spend another $203.30 because they sold us a car with tires too worn to drive safely. We were about to leave a 5-star review for how quick the process was, but now it feels like we are being scammed out of our money to be sold a car with such unsafe tires. It makes me worried what else is wrong with this car that they sold us if we can't even trust them to sell us tires that don't need to be immediately replaced? We tried to call them to give them a chance before

If you are in need of a nice affordable car. Go to Green Ford. My sister was in desperate need of a dependable car. We went to Green Ford.
Our Product Specialist was Catherine Cole.
Catherine was beyond exceptional. Catherine walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. We told her what we were looking for, and she helped us consistently. She listened to our needs; as far as price, vehicle type, and she showed concerned. Catherine didn't try to force a sale on us, but she guided us into the right decision for my sister.
If you are really in need; she will take

Thank you to Cameron who I spoke with over the phone and went with my wife today to look at what if anything we could do. We had an 06 Buick Rendezvous that was obviously well past it's prime and being the Mrs.'s vehicle she's been ready to get rid of it. I was quite pessimistic on being able to get anything because of my credit, but Cameron was confident a deal could be done. Needless to say after about 5 hours (not a complaint as I know it can be a process) we drove off the lot in a '18 Escape with no money down. Being someone with credit issues I didn't think I&apos

My husband & I recently made a trip to Green Ford & had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Wiley Bass & working with him to make the purchase of a truck. He is great at what he does! Incredibly down to earth, personable, and not pushy! We went back & asked to speak with him again. I'm not sure we would've pulled the trigger had we met anyone else. We enjoyed our experience very much ! If you're in the market for a new or used car... go see him ! You won't regret it !!!

Salesman tricks - nothing new here
Overpriced shell game when it came down to discussing the numbers. Salesman literally ran after me as I was walking out.
Update: he then called me to keep selling. Later he text, still trying to sell. $1,000 off MSRP (i.e. New truck with zero miles) for last year's model with 2,300 miles, scratches that was used as a dealer demo vehicle. These guys are jokesters at best
