I loved my experience. Ryan was attentive to who was buying the vehicle and addressed me directly instead of talking to ‘the man’ with me. That is very important to me being a woman that we are treated fairly. There was also no up charge due to the current market unlike other dealers due to supply shortages. Ryan was able to find the exact vehicle I was looking for and get it delivered within 2 days. Other dealerships I was looking at couldn’t find a vehicle in the trim package and color so I appreciated his extra effort to locate my exact specifications.

Bob and the team were excellent from start to finish. We made an appointment that morning and walked out with a new van within a couple of hours. They did all they could to get us and the dog back on the road and enjoying our vacation in a bigger more comfy vehicle. Kudos to all of them at Roanoke Motors!

I have never done business with Roanoke Motor Company before - and in fact had never been to this dealership before - but after my recent purchase from them, that's where I will always go first when purchasing a vehicle. Sales associate Opie was personable, honest, and fair. He kept me informed throughout the entire buying process and was always willing to be helpful and answer questions. I had an auto accident and needed to replace my loss. Trent took me through the process to help me achieve what my budget allowed. Outstanding new car purchase experience from Roanoke Motors and John Gastman! John knows his vehicles and it was a pleasure to do business with someone that wasn’t pushy or manipulative like so many other dealers can be. He let me express my wants/needs and then assisted me through the process of ordering a vehicle directly from Jeep. He kept me informed of the process, took care of me along the way and made the delivery of the vehicle as seamless as possible. I would only order from him again if the need arose.

First impression: They were very nice to me and my family member. Great inventory. Salesman was the coolest ever. I was told that the car i was interested in had brand new tires so that was another plus. Wouldn't have to worry about buying new tires anytime soon. Things went great. My purchase went smoothly and I left with a smile.
The issues: Unfortunately, the "new tires" didn't even last. 5000 miles later, they had very uneven tread wear and became bald. I brought the car back to the dealership to use the tire warranty considering how the tires were said to be brand new

I had one of the BEST experiences with Roanoke Motor Company. Logan, my Salesperson is the best. I worked all the numbers with him over the phone, before driving to the dealership.
When I arrived, my SRT was washed and sitting right in front of the building for me.

Dealership is the best honest and straight team of people I have worked with including the service side. We have been trading there a long time. This dealer has been the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. From the beginning of test driving the vehicle. Matt our Salesman was great. He waited for us to arrive at the dealership when it was closing for the night. He said "Take your time and test drive the Honda Pilot 2015." We took it out for a test drive about 30 minutes drove back to the dealership. He gave us a trade in value for our car and 15 minutes later we bought the vehicle. I have bought allot a vehicles in my life but this experience tops all the other vehicles I have purchased in the past. The experience

This location has earned zero stars but, Yelp requires you to select one. The manor that the owner treats guests is the most unprofessional for an establishment that is looking to sell a products. Have never had an experience quite as bad as this.
The owners wife aka receptionist advised the employee that has worked for establishment for longer than year whom was also exceptionally professional and polite to show us around at the cars in other garages.
