I have had some issues with this dealership in the past. However my vehicle is in their service department rite now and WOW! The service department has really impressed me. The service manager has completely changed my opinion. I will be giving them a shot on selling me a new Jeep in the spring now. One star to five, all you have to do is care and try and they are doing both now.

Front a rear differentials done, transmission. And transfer case serviced. Very fast an $50.00 cheaper than Bham, Huntsville, Decatur or TN. I called all of them. Took less than 2 hours. Fantastic wifi, great waiting room. This dealer and service department set the standard for customer service. And I hard to please.

I called about 30 minutes before I was going to pass through Cullman about an issue I couldn’t get resolved with my local dealer. They were happy to help me out, up front and completely transparent with me about everything from the start. They got the work done quickly and at a fair price. I’m seriously considering making the commute to them for all of my service needs from now on.

I would give 0 stars if possible!!! We purchased a truck from this dealership over the phone. The vehicle was shipped from Alabama and driven 15 miles. It died in our driveway and has not started or ran right since. We have over 3000 dollars in the truck trying to fix the issues, and it still doesn't run right. Yes, used vehicles are purchased as is, but shouldn't issues be disclosed not jig rigged to get the vehicle sold. My husband has called and spoke to every one under the sun, and NO ONE is helpful. Now they won't even answer our calls.. We said we would ship the truck back just give our money

Service department was/is awesome. I lost a bolt on my caliper. Was in a super hurry and called them about one. They said they may have one but to come by and check it to make sure. Well, they did not have one in stock but instead of saying sorry can't help you she went out in the shop and found a tech who had one like my 2001 Dodge 3500. I hotshot for a living and brakes, second to turn signals, are the most important thing on my truck. Love these guys.

Love the Service Department! Any time I’ve taken in my 2021 Wrangler in Brian has been so accommodating. He even climbed under my jeep and got the wedged stick out that I couldn’t get unstuck! He has also called after 5:00 when I left a VM for a return call due to a jeep problem! 10/10 recommend them! They have always been super helpful to me!
