I was a loyal client of Dicks for many years, the customer service has become absolutely horrible the past year. First thy never sent us a bill and we get a call harassing us saying they are sending us to collection...we tell them no bull was sent out and she checked records and verified that was the case. Outside of that we were on a 3 Month cycle and didn't call us for 9 months!! Unacceptable..when she finally called she said she forgot to call and make appointment for us..no apologies or even trying to make up for it, when we told her about the other issue with payment she accepted responsibility

This place did a good job for us and the measures they applied for our ant problem was effective. We had them out more than 7 months ago and there hasn't been a reoccurring problem. We are planning to continue on a maintenance program. Their technician Dennis is very thorough and careful. Very happy with the job he does.
