Eco Smart Pest Control

Had an ant problem and baits and spraying did not work. Wanted a safe solution since we have a baby that visits and cat sit once in a while. Found Eco Smart and it's so awesome not having to smash ants while eating, cooking, watching TV, anything! It's nice to know the insecticide won't hurt us or any pets. Will be using Eco Smart regularly to keep bugs out of the house!

Been trying to get rid of a pesky ant problem using baits and everything we can find. It was a small brown ant that only was attracted to sugar and water and it was so hard to get rid of. Called Lisa and she was very informative on their process and what I liked was the products that were use is pet and children friendly where we didn't have to leave the house for hours and could be applied while in the house. It was a Tuesday and asked for a Friday appointment but said they could come as early as Wednesday morning. PERFECT!

Great service. Prompt and professional. Highly recommended. They scheduled an appointment within the week, showed up on time, sprayed the yard and house. Very reasonable price. Haven't seen a cockroach since! We will be using them again.

I was required by my lease to schedule a move-out pest control appointment. I requested a quote online and this company was quick to respond. I called spoke with Lisa who was knowledgeable and professional. The date and time I wanted were available, and the price was reasonable too. Moving is stressful enough, but I'm happy to know I don't have to worry about this anymore. Just waiting for Clint to show up on the day of my appointment and cross this off my list. We recently found baby roaches in our kitchen and knew we needed to find an exterminator for this issue. We spoke to other companies that said they would spray and others said they will come every few months routinely.

I got in touch with Lisa from Eco Smart Pest Control via phone right away. She gave me an overview of what the extermination would look like, the products they use, and the roach cycle. After discussing options with my husband, we decided to go with Eco Smart Pest Control.

We got an appointment for the following day with Clint. He arrived 10 minutes early and got everything done

Used this company for move out pest treatment (required due to having a dog) and they worked effectively and efficiently. Pricing was affordable. Would use them again.

I suspected the start of flea problem in my house and contributed it to the daily walking of my puppy. Decided to take steps to prevent an infestation. I've used Eco Smart Peat Control before for a roach problem and didn't hesitate to reach out to them again. We have been using Eco Pest for about two years now. Lisa is wonderful with scheduling and Clint is the best! Listen to them the first time. It took at least two visits before the cycle was broken. Clint comes less often once that happens. I think he comes twice a year for us now. Highly recommend!

I am the most leery of using cancer linked chemicals never using pesticides ever.Never use raid or roundup. But was pleasantly pleased after talking with Clint. They use a nontoxic substance made from chrysanthemums. We treated the outside only and I seriously noticed an improvement in ants and roaches in days. We also had wooden frames in our laundry room that had a termite infestation. Before tearing everything out we decided to go with the cedar oil and applied several treatments. Strong smell so have good airflow. So far haven't seen termites few weeks after. No contact just one time treatment

This is a reply to their reply to my review. The fact is I wanted to look at maybe changing to a company that could maybe do a better job. But looks like your a little brain dead not to figure that out. Go figure. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE PATHETIC.

Amazing staff, amazing product. Every time they visit all the creepy crawlers come out and die. Best part is the produce they use doesn't give me a headache like all of the products my former employer used for pest control. Also it's safe for pets so the dogs can stay inside while they're treating the house!

I used this company 27 years ago and had excellent results. Recently, I had a flea issue and so glad this company was still around. There are several over the counter products I could have used, but knowing the products are non-toxic and with past experience, I made the call.

Lisa answered my call over the weekend, she was friendly and accommodating. Clint was the technician who came out and treated my home. He was kind, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would trust this company. Several companies have tried to sell me a pest control package and super intrusive. Not this company!! And I am glad

Decided to go with them as my roommate is very wary of chemicals and such. Booked through Lisa on the phone and she was nothing but polite and helpful. I had a lot of questions but she was very patient with me and was happy to help. Clint came out and did the service. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the subject. I waited a week to do this review. I will say I find the stuff they used to be very effective and we have noticed a huge decline in bugs. When we do see them still alive they are very lethargic and close to death. Couldn't recommend these guys enough

Professional, thorough cedar fumigation. My biggest drawback is that I lived for 3 days thinking I had bedbugs until they could fit me into their schedule...it was mites, though still a house upturning process. Clint did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable.. Can I just say that my cat, who refused to come when called, stayed in a corner behind the dishwasher during the entire fumigation process, never came out, and then the next day all of a sudden appeared. The cause of our mite problem!

Lisa has been the sweetest person during our entire experience with Eco Smart. She is also exceptionally knowledgeable about bird mites, and sent me lots of information and spoke to me at length to answer all my questions. She got all the info regarding the size of our lot and house by googling and other means. I didn't have to do a thing. She quickly figured out the cost and gave us a detailed breakdown of what they would do and what to expect. She was fantastic.

This was the second time using Eco Smart Pest Control. The first time was when we moved into our house 2 years ago and had a roach problem. My absolute biggest fear is roaches! I can't even stand the thought of them!!!

Despite a few bummer reviews. I decided I wanted to give eco smart a shot as they provide eco friendly pest control. I received a consult from Lisa who is on another island. Let me tell you. She's very knowledgeable about bugs, critters, spiders etc. I felt as ease with her consult. She guaranteed Oahu island service at a certain time by Clint, who showed up on time for our home extermination. RIght away from my phone call requesting a quote and explaining my situation. Lisa was very comforting and informative. At first I was very anxious and stressed from talking to 4 other Pest Control/Exterminators. Lisa assured me with Eco Smart's experience with schools and hoarder homes my home will be taken care of. She emailed me a price list, products, and a lot of helpful easy to read information about bed bugs. What was amazing she even broke down the cost by the square footage of my home and carpeted area.
