They were called out to our new house by our home warranty company to re-key the locks. He was 45 min early, wasn't wearing a mask and had to be asked to put on one, looked at the locks and declared he could not re-key them because the original key was not available (you can, it's just more work), then demanded from my wife that she pay him cash on the spot. She refused then he insisted on a debit card. She didn't want our bank account drained by a scammer and refused. He said he wouldn't invoice, continued to intimidate her, and finally accepted a check before he would leave

This guy is not honest‼ His 40 minutes turned into a 5 hour wait. He is very invasive about when he actually will get to you. tried to say he made a repair to your ignition and Did Not. Charged for services not rendered, and has no consideration for the people that call him for his services. A day wasted , lesson learned , disputed the charge and got my money back. Call a regular established lock and key business when you are in a lost or broken key situation.
