They did a great job. My Honda Accord wouldn't start because I couldn't get the key to turn. I thought I'd need a mechanic but the car place recommended a locksmith. I wasn't sure at first cause I didn't know locksmiths do that kind of thing. But the marks came out and did a great job. I felt really comfortable having those guys handle it after a few minutes. They got everything working again. Probably cost less then a mechanic too.

Mark was professional, patient, and an expert in his trade! My Dad passed away in 2013, taking the combination to his Fort Knox Safe with him! Fortunately, Mark came prepared ... he looked at my Dad's hints, and, he thought he knew what the combination was. And, he was right; he had it opened in 2 minutes!! I was so grateful, as we had been trying to open it for months!
Then, he serviced it, using solvent, he skillfully removed the old, thickened oil which "gunked it up" to keep it running smoothly. And, last ... and, most important, he trained me on how to change the combination

It is so nice to deal with a master at his craft and an Army veteran. Besides a fantastic deal on otherwise ridiculously expensive Jaguar key, he made an extra spare to open the door when Murphy's law strikes again. His van is spotless and well organized with the latest technology. Coupled with his new and old school knowledge and experience; Mark is the guy to call.

Mark is really fabulous, and he has the all the right equipment in his mobile unit to do just about anything. He was so pleasant and patient with my difficult VW Laser key and programming but, we got it done! (He probably doesn't want me to tell you that, as he really doesn't like doing VW keys)... LOL!!!! BUT... he's really terrific and knows how to get the job done with a kind and friendly spirit.

After our usual locksmith told us on Tuesday that they were unable to help us until Friday, we started calling other locksmith's in the area. Luckily for us, I called Mark's Mobile Locksmith first. Initially they said they could be there the next day, but would try to get out the same day. 15 minutes later, they called back to say they would be there later that afternoon! Not only did they call, but I received both a text and an email with the specifics of the appointment time saying they would arrive between 4:00 and 4:15. Jonathan, Mark's son, showed up at 4:00pm on the dot

Nice guy. Did a great job! I should have asked when he thought he would be at my house because it took quite a bit longer than I expected but that's on me. Bolt lock and doorknob install cost $115 including two new keys. I thought it was a little high but he came the same day I called so that is a premium that I was willing to pay.

Very quick, friendly and professional! Locked our keys in our semi at a truck stop and called a local towing company that showed up, broke a key off in the driver's door and gave us $100 for the added trouble and left. We called Mark and he arrived within 15 minutes. He not only got the doors open, but he also extracted the broken key at no extra charge! All around great guy! Highly recommended!

This type of service only comes from small non corporate business. So refreshing in a time where we sit on the phone and have to press many keys to even get to a live person.
He came Sunday as scheduled 10 minutes early. Completed the job and I was charged a very fair price.

I was looking for a locksmith in town online, luckily I came across marks locksmith!!!! I had lost my one and only chip key for my old vehicle! Mark was great with an upfront estimate. I bought 2 chips keys and as a bonus he added an extra key (w/no chip) free of charge! Service was fast easy. Great service!

I contacted Mark by email and he responded quickly. No time to talk on the phone, everything was done by email. As a property manager, he contacted our tenant directly, he email me that appointment was set. He took care of the issue, he send me his bill online, and I am sending my payment online. The entire process took me less than 2 minutes. If you are like me with your time management, this locksmith is the right place for you. I don't give 5 stars to any reviews but 4 stars equal 5.
