After working with the biggest company in Southern California, we decided to take our vision and start our own business. We have more than 15 years in this business and we have grown up in a general contractor family. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests and make their concerns the basis of our business.

Guy was such a delight to work with when I remodeled my home! He has a really good eye for what will or won't work and he'll be honest with you. He also learns quickly the type of style you like and makes the selection process (choosing tile, flooring, etc) really fun and simple. He explains the whole process well and has a lot of patience.
Let's start with the fact that I hardly had a good experience with contractors because of past experiences so I choose them extremely carefully. First off, they were never pushy. I can always sense if someone is over trying, but these guys were so confident about their work that they haven't tried pushing for a second.
When it comes to a new roof, there is no room for risk. Our professionals have years of roofing experience and are committed to leaving you with a sturdy, durable. Our definite go-to for all future projects.
Our project manager, Danielle, was excellent. She listened to our bathroom renovation desires and guided us appropriately. After plans were finalized she went to the different stores with us to assist in tiles, fixtures, and colors. She paired us with a great contractor, Tony. Tony and Mambo at M A Custome Tile did amazing work as you can see in the attached pictures. Their workmanship and attention to detail showed us the high standards that Creative Design and Build has for their projects. Danielle was with us every step of the way keeping us informed

Kim from Creative's team worked on our family summer house in La Jolla.
Kim and our family designed together our new backyard and I can not be happier with the way it all came together!
The process over all took about a year. From the designing to pulling the permits and all throughout the construction, the relationship with Kim and Creative team was easy and communication was seamless.
When getting into a large project such as a full backyard renovation you expect issues to come up. The way they tackled those issues was with minimal stress and professionalism.

I've replaced my old toilet by a new one. For that mission I have been trying numerous companies with different quotes. Creative Design & Build Inc were unique than the other by the alternatives they offered combined with a fair prices.. according to that, I was pretty sure about my decision - I knew I would hire this company to provide and install my new toilet, my only dilemma was what I will select from their wide portfolio, which was a good problem. In addition, their associates were very knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Furthermore, their installers crew have done that job thoroughly

Guy and Petra and Annabelle were so welcoming and grateful and a pleasure to work with and talk to. They have a very comfortable office and not intimidating at all. Love their warmth and friendliness.

The written estimate from Creative, detailed scope and the ability to do 3D design work was so good and left no questions in our minds on quality and professionalism

Best company ever!! I reached out to creative design to redo our kitchen as i wanted something more modern and less out dated. They arrived with samples and helped me elaborate on my ideas to make them come true. The guys were very professional and polite.
