The crane provided our company with a much faster, safer, and more efficient method to remove trees, and is used to this day in our tree removal process. Wood and debris from the tree removal process will be hauled away and raked up clean unless otherwise specified.
We will remove all dead, dying, and diseased limbs. For the bigger trees, we will remove only the one-inch and larger dead limbs, except where clusters of smaller dead limbs exist. We remove crowded and/or rubbing limbs and any hazards that may exist, such as cracked or broken limbs. Omaha Tree Services will also remove any stubs.
We may also prune to increase light and air penetration to the inside of the tree's crown or to the landscape below when necessary. At Omaha Tree, we recycle all of our wood waste material from the trees we trim and remove in the greater Omaha metro area. The wood waste material is brought back to our 8-acre site at 3606 McKinley Street, where it is processed into a beautiful & consistent mulch product that is local, fresh, and clean.

During the process, licensed tree removal technicians from a company such as Omaha Tree Services use special tools to cut the tree into a series of sections from the top to the bottom. This might be less exciting than a single giant chop at the base of the tree, but much safer. You never know where that tree will land!

I have used Omaha Tree on several occasions during the last few years, which including trimming as well as complete tree removal. Not only do they have a telescopic crane which makes tree removal so much safer for my neighbors and I, the Omaha Tree crews are very polite and take the time to rake the yard afterwords. Their General Manager, Matt Kelly, is very responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Overall good experience. Had a couple issues and they were resolved to my satisfaction. Tree companies in Omaha were working overtime due to storms. Quick service was not expected. When they were available they got the job done fairly quickly and relatively speaking, for a reasonable cost. Tree removal isn't cheap so take your heart meds ahead of time.

Never used them personally. But my wife and I were at the intersection of 52nd and Blondo, and their truck was turning left from Blondo street, onto 52nd street (north), and if my wife didn’t swiftly put the car into reverse, and back up, he 100% would have hit our car, NO DOUBT. It was extremely close AFTER we had backed up.... please figure out who that was, and tell them to be careful while driving!

They were trimming next door to my house. Completely blocked my driveway so I had no way in or no way out; left a huge mess; was told they couldn’t use our property to do this and yet they still did. They even killed the grass in my side yard from the use of their Bob cat hauling logs!

Omaha Tree Service is the BEST!!! Such a professional outfit. They show up for appointments when they say they will, have very reasonable estimates (they were actually the lowest of the ones we got), and then do great work. They were extra-careful with taking down a tree right next to our house and did great cleanup -- I really appreciated that. And then, on top of that, they followed up on something I asked them about months later, even though they had already been paid. I've already recommended them to one friend for tree removal, and I know I'll recommend Omaha Tree to others!

My husband and I recently purchased a house that had a few troublesome trees in the backyard. We reached out to several companies for quotes to have them trimmed and selected Omaha Tree in the end, as they were the lowest price. Once we scheduled the service they showed up while I was at work, did their job, and I got a bill in the mail about a week later. Their cuts looked great and they cleaned up very nicely. Highly recommended these guys for all your tree servicing needs.

Seriously my new heroes. A windstorm blew a MASSIVE limb off of our oak tree and through the roof of our house. I called Omaha Tree and told them what happened. Matt, the GM, was at my house an hour later to assess the damage and his crew was there a couple hours later with a crane to pull the tree off so we could tarp the roof before it rained. The team was polite, professional, really took care to avoid doing any further damage to my house, and did an excellent job cleaning up before they left. I will absolutely call Omaha Tree for any tree service we need in the future!

My husband recently did some significant trimming of trees, bushes, etc. in our yard and the amount he cut out was much more than we could have put on the curb for the City to pick up. We also had truckloads of branches to be taken away. We came across Omaha Tree who agreed to take everything away for $300 which was a steal compared to others. They showed up with several industrial trucks and probably at least 8 guys and had the job done in less than an hour. Everyone we encountered was respectful. We will definitely call them again if we have further landscape/tree needs.

Tree removal is not cheap. While I didn't have a bad experience communicating with the company, I was disappointed that they drove through my entire front lawn to access a tree that was a couple of yards from another road on the side of the house. The equipment broke the curb and I have extremely deep track marks the length of my front lawn, as well as mysterious large divots of missing grass and soil. Now I get to spend more money trying to repair the damage done. I will say the actual removal of the tree and debris was done well.

Tree work performed was adequate. Price was about average. I had them trim some taller hedges as well. Said they "could not reach" certain portions. That is why I hired a tree service. You would think they have ladders to do such things. They had to come out and redo work. After not hearing from them on a revised invoice, got a rude voicemail saying that "we talked on X date asking for payment." I went back and checked my phone log and had not received a call, neither had my fiancé who they were supposed to be dealing with. I gladly paid the amount due, but did not appreciate

We love our Linden tree. It's in the front yard, beeeaaaauuuutiful and looking a bit peaked. We called Omaha Tree to check it out. How can we save our tree? How can my front porch not be nekkid to passers-by as I write this review?

Very pleased with Omaha Tree. Have dealt with them several times now.
Earlier this spring I ordered several yards of red dyed mulch which they delivered via their own truck which really saved me a lot of time and money. Its much cheaper going this way. The delivery driver was very courteous and double checked with me on where he was to dump the mulch which was in the drive way.
Earlier today I had Matt's crew which consisted of three guys to trim back and prune a tree in my front yard that has been neglected for years prior to me buying this house. After several bids, I went with Omaha

An all-around excellent experience! I have to give Jeff & his team 5 Stars. Had to do one of those city-required "cut & trim" jobs at my home. I received a fast call-back, on-site visit, professional written quotation, & a very fair price. After giving them the go-ahead, a few days later, Jeff's crew was at my home with the right equipment efficiently doing everything they quoted, including a nice clean-up job.
I would highly recommend their service to anyone and will definitely use them again in the spring.
