I purchased the top-of the line cleaning service for my business and the 1 lady didn't not perform what was advertised, it is a hit or miss, with the company, After complaining to Scott all i got were excuses and fingers pointed at me, as if i were to blame for why they didn't perform as advertised. They left trash under the living room sofa, and food which smelled horrible when my guest arrived, Scott said they don't move furniture, How about bending down and using a broom or vacuum under the sofa, unbelievable!!

I called this company to clean my parents house. The package I purchased was
Initial Cleaning , General Cleaning which was $312.90 - the work done was very poor. Left knick knacks undusted, stairs, baseboards. Water faucets were left with water stains and other odds and ends. The 2 cleaners were there less then 2 hours so this job cost about $150 per hour which is terrible. I asked to to charged for a lesser cleaning service and receive a refund. I do not like leaving negative reviews but when I feel a company does a poor job and doesn't take care of the customer, it must be done. Here are some

Jacklyn did an excellent job. She's friendly, but professional. Walking through and very clearly stating what is and isn't included, so there are no surprises and everyone is on the same page. This company has EXCELLENT communication, always responding promptly and efficiently. Scott is truly one of the best communicators I have come across in any business. Would, 100%, recommend without hesitation.

I would recommend “D” who came out to do the deep cleaning. Her attention to detail was above board. She cleaned things I didn’t even mention that needed to be cleaned. She was both pleasant and professional when discussing areas that needed attention. She kept us posted on the job that made it easier for us to plan on when to return home.

Gretchen & Diedra did an AMAZING job. They went above and beyond. My home is free of dust and dog hair, my bathrooms are spotless, the wood floors shining, every window (and there are a lot) are sparkling. I am very pleased. I will be using them monthly and recommend them highly. I do not understand the bad reviews! I am very very happy

I would select a zero star rating if I could! Paid over $300 for a deep cleaning service for a move out and 80% of the job wasn't done. Their 5-7 hour cleaning job consisted of them cleaning about 8 windows wiping off kitchen counters and washing a tub. They also vaccuumed freshly steam cleaned and vaccuumed carpets and washed freshly painted walls! Didn't touch the stove, left dirt on the bathroom floor and toilet and dirty cabinets and floors in the kitchen. Worst cleaning service I ever used. When I complained they offered to come back and "finish" the job for more money
