You can get good service from a big company, but you can't get what John delivers with Bright Carpet Cleaning. John makes you feel like he cares about your home as much as he does his own. He moved methodically over all areas of our home and showed us the finished product as he went along to make sure we were satisfied. He did an absolutely fantastic job and we will be calling back Bright Carpet Cleaning for all our future furniture, tile, and carpet cleaning needs.

Excellent service and communication from start to finish . Being on west coast and having vacation rentals in Poconos and trying to get the right people to perform services can be extremely difficult especially sight unseen. Bright Carpet Cleaning is a small business whose owner truly cares about service and quality. I hired the company to clean the carpets in a vacation home that we recently purchased and was completely satisfied with their work. His price was a little higher than some competitors but he spent hours meticulously cleaning and refreshing our carpets. When he was finished, they looked and smelled brand new. I will definitely hire them again.

From the moment I called John, he was extremely informative about the process, what the job would entail, and how to maximize the value of the service. He arrived on time, was diligent about the care of the floors, and ensured that no corners were cut. We are a very busy family of 8 who entertain other families in our home often - and we have very light carpets. After John was finished, it looked like we hired a carpet installer, not a cleaner. I am so pleased by the hard work and efforts made by Bright Carpet Cleaning to make me happy with our carpets in a home that had previously been smoked in! Their friendly customer service has been a delight. The carpets not only look great but smell great as well! Even on a horrible set in stain in one of our bedrooms, John went to work on it like it was his own home. They made me feel comfortable to have them here and will be welcomed back next time we have a need for our floors.
