I can not say enough good things about Lisa and the team. They replaced our entire central A/C system a few years back and did an amazing job (professional/timely/neat/communicated through the entire project). This year we had them come for an issue with our heating system and once again they were awesome. They communicate what the issue is, they are quick and neat and they do a great job finding the issue and fixing it!! Lisa is super helpful, patient and great to work with. Top quality all around!!

Couldn't be happier, from Lisa in the office to the 5 techs sent out to replace my furnace/Ac unit in attic and outside, on time ,very professional and efficient, techs didn't waste anytime and worked as a unit get job done in about 4 hours. System is working great. Lisa in the office was a delight top work with, she walked me thru whole process and sent out techs that afternoon. would highly recommend..

Liberty was on time, extremely professional and the quality of work was fantastic. The crew took the time to clean everything made sure house hold items were protected and explained how the new system worked. Could not be happier. Also the office staff was great in assisting in locating the proper equipment needed for replacement and worked with our home insurance company outstanding job by all.

I absolutely highly recommend liberty for all your heating and cooling needs. Vinny the technician they sent did an absolutely amazing job. He was professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He helped me make sure my entire AC system was in good working order and explained/addressed any and all issues I should be aware of to me. I’ve used liberty on all my homes in the past and I will continue to do so as their value, service and overall professionalism is above reproach! I strongly recommend Liberty Heating and Cooling if you have any issues with your systems. I have used them in the winter when my furnace had issues and I wasn’t getting heat. Lisa is a real gem because she’s responsive and always sends a technician to fix the problem right away. This time it was my a/c that wasn’t working. I called Lisa on Friday and within the hour a tech was at my house and it was determined my unit had a bad control board which is why the ac refused to work. I was thinking I wasn’t going to have ac until next week but on Saturday, Lisa contacted me that she had located

My a/c was not working and my home warranty company assigned Liberty to my case. It was definitely my lucky day!!
I have only good things to say about this company. They were responsive, respectful and extremely helpful. Lisa, who handled all the phone calls and scheduling, was amazing. She worked with my warranty company (they were useless) until she got resolution for me - and this was not her job! She went out of her way to find the part and once it was located had the workers there the next day. She understood how difficult being without a/c was for me. I would give them a 10 if I could!!! Lisa provides AMAZING service. She understands that not having a/c is an emergency and treats it as such. I have worked with several members of their team and have found every one to be both knowledgeable and professional. They worked efficiently and even though it was past 6 on a Friday night by the time they finished, they did not leave until they were certain that everything was cooling correctly. They were respectful of my property and left everything in pristine condition. I would highly recommend Liberty!!!
