Many people that do not have the power needs for a tank less water Heater or who cannot vent a model will opt for an electric model because they do not require any type of venting. Electric models do however, require substantial energy requirements. Please consult the owner's manual before installing an electric tank less water heater.
You can easily install a hot water circulator pump by following these steps. Arrange your tools on a workbench or table so that they are clearly visible. Remove the circulator pump and all the accompanying pieces from the manufacturer packaging and set them up near the tools. Turn off the main water valve.

I've used Madison Plumbing for over 15 years - VERY trustworthy, helpful. Good creative problem solvers. Most recently I've dealt with sump pump failures at the hands of a power outage. They arrived quickly to help pump water and dry basement. They recommended and installed a back up pump They've also installed an icemaker, fixed broken pipes - serviced gas boilers. Always trust them to do it right. Fair prices too. I always recommend them to others.

They came out quickly to put valves on main water line. They had to come back three times that day because of leaks. When I called and spoke to Dale the manager about how many times they had to come out and could I get a credit toward my next visit. He told me that well we didnt charge you to come out those three timed.

They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

Rip off. RIP OFF. These guys came to my house. I asked what the hourly rate was, he told me $90. I asked what they thought was wrong. The guy told me I needed to rip up my floor. I said I'd like to get a second opinion. I got a bill for $120.00. Then I got a bill $240.00. I called and spoke to a lady and she said she would talk to the owner, maybe her husband.. I got a call from the lady a few months later and she was asking when I was going to pay the bill. They then took the bill to creditor's. They ripped me off and did nothing for me. Plus they lied about their rates. At minimum I would have
