I requested a quote and they send their long distance moving manager named Wes over to do so. He did not have a on a mask approaching my door. I also shared that I had another service person in my small bungalow style home who was physically distanced and that he needed a mask to be inside. I politely asked if he had one, he said no. I then asked if he was willing to share his vaccination status and proof of it prior to entering my home he was not. He tried to offer me a card and I declined. I thanked him and he grabbed my door aggressively as of to slam it while I was standing in the threshold

Submitted a request on the Mayflower website for a full service move - packing, moving and storage. Not cheap by any means, but more than willing to pay for it. Got matched with Ed at Mayflower/Guardian in TN. Had the onsight walk-through then.....nothing. Four weeks later still no quote or contact, even after calling the office after week three. Terrible!

Owen and His team are just simply the best! From the cost, to the service, to the communication, and then closing the complete move - they were with my family the entire way! I never once wondered or had any concerns unanswered! We even moved through "Snow-Ma-Gedon" of mid Feb. 2021, from Boston to Nashville! They were great! From the very beginning the service was ridiculous!! I called and spoke with an extremely soft-voiced lady for pricing and a schedule. Call back a week or so later and no one had any info on our scheduled move! Had to start all over and we all had tight schedules!! The guys were nice and patient with us, but, that is where the professionalism stopped!! When moving in they scraped our brand new wooden floors moving the furniture in!! There were several areas where the furniture was damaged or corners splintered! They took our refrigerator doors off and strapped them. You can see to this

We were extremely happy with Guardian! Jack, Earl and AJ went above and beyond helping us with our move. A large item that was difficult to move into a bedroom was planned out and given a lot of thought and they figured out a way to get it in the room successfully. They easily could have said...this will not work, but they didn’t. Very pleasant and professional! Price was right too! Thank you!

Jack and Earl were phenomenal with the move! All of my goods were handled with extreme care. No damages, they treated my house like they’d treat their own. We were dreading moving day. Mom was leaving her home of 40 years and was understandably sad. There was an all day monsoon to top it off. Justin and Will made it so much better. They started by being exactly on time. They carefully wrapped her furniture in quilts and protected her treasures. Throughout it all - even with a somewhat fussy building manager - they were polite and cool-headed. Everything was placed exactly where Mom wanted it, with nothing damaged, and they even carried off the boxes we had broken down. Mariona in the Guardian office was very kind.

Guardian Moving Systems did a stellar job on my mom's recent move to a senior living center. Owen and Mariona in the office were very courteous, helpful, and efficient.
Moving crew Barry, Derrick, and Devin arrived 5 minutes early, worked extremely hard and productively, and even helped us get some remaining furniture moved to different rooms and places.
All furniture and belongings arrived safely to the new place, and the cost was very fair. Heartily recommend!

If it was possible I would give zero stars. The worst experience with this company two days ago. Mariona from the office staff is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Completely disrespectful and unhelpful. She told the packers Guardian sent to leave all of our items that are stored in pods outside of the pods in a warehouse. This would have left all of our items unsecured. When I asked the packers what I was supposed to do in getting my items back into the pods, they said "Mariona said we ain't getting paid to put it back in." Absolutely unbelievable

Well, no one likes to move, but Guardian and the crew that helped us were fantastic.
1) one time;
2) excellent wrapping and protection of furniture;
3) they moved furniture well out of one house and into condo with ease and there were some strange pieces;
The crew of Denosic, Julious, and Michael were FANTASTIC.
We'd use them again and I recommended them today to a friend.

Major relocation across the country to our new home in California. From the original estimate to the load day and even while we were driving across the country, the team was great. Unload day was perfect as well. We are very satisfied. Though we never intend to undertake such a huge move again, if we did, I would call Mayflower.

VERY disappointed in my service with you all. My mother and I used your moving company and didn't receive our belongings until a month and 5 days after even though we were guaranteed a fast move with a contract. After wearing the same clothes for a month received our belongings broken and scratched up. My brand new headboard was broken. 2 of our dinning room table chairs were broken in half. You would think after all the hassle we would have received a discount but we did not! We instead received rude customer service. While they showed up on time and worked quickly, they damaged multiple items in a very short cross town move. I've moved 6 other times, including cross country, and not experienced damage. It's clear the damage came from not bothering to protect items and thoughtless arrangement of items on the truck (not just dents (we had some of those too) but substantial unrepairable damage - things snapped off, shelves crushed and screws bent out). And worse, while the crew spotted the damage no apology or offer of anything - in one case all the mover said was "I didn't pack it"
