Music City Movers took a day we were dreading and made it awesome. We did what we call the "Great Furniture Swap". Moving furniture from our home to our son's then from our daughter's back to our home. It involved several heavy pieces and stairs at all three homes. Everything was wrapped,
protected and reassembled in it's new home. They even helped me put the bed skirt on. Highly recommend Music City Movers!

Music city movers just left our place about an hour ago, and they were a total delight. They carefully packed our large and odd furniture (big curio cabinets, lots of glass), and they worked quickly but safety and with care. I would absolutely use them again, and I would recommend them without reservation.

If you are moving, you need to call them!!! The BEST moving experience we have EVER had!!! The guys are on time, professional, went above and beyond and are so careful with your belongings and home!!! We were building a new home and we had to move the date a couple of times and they could not have been more gracious or accommodating! HIGHLY recommend them!!!

I rate music city movers as the best among the best, if you looking for someone to provide you with excellent service in the Nashville area. I first discovered them on Angie's list, where I saw that they were given an A rating. From there, I moved on to the Better Business Bureau, where I noticed that they had been in business for 33 years and were given an A+ rating. I then called their office to schedule a meeting, so that I might get an estimate for our upcoming move. Larry Davis visited us and helped us to plan our move. I scheduled Music City Movers about a week prior to my move, and they were able to accommodate me with no issues. The guys showed up right on time, took exactly as long as I had estimated, handled my belongings with meticulous care, and were extremely courteous and respectful. My moving experience could not have been any smoother. I would absolutely recommend MCM to anyone who asks!

Do not pay attention to the positive reviews, they are scams. The three movers, all at least 55+, Larry, Emory and one other, were geriatric, overweight, wheezy and slow. Larry, the owner/driver, cannot drive. It took him 20 minutes to park at each end. All my stuff was not moved out of the apartment because they took so long that I got worried that they wouldn't have time to unload at the new place. They came totally unprepared, no power tools, no moving carts that can hold lamps and other loose items. Only blankets, trolleys and handcarts that can only fit 3 boxes at a time. It was pathetic

This company is incredible! I called them after hiring another company that flaked on me last minute. I called Music city movers and they showed up in an hour. They were so friendly and Incredibly efficient. They wrapped and packed everything up so nothing would get broken and wouldn't move during the drive. I am so pleased and feel so blessed that they were able to come out last minute. I HIGHLY Recommend them!

Hands down the BEST moving experience we have ever had (and I have moved 7 times in the last 8 years)! Jamarcus and LJ were very considerate, easy to work with and very efficient! Also, extremely professional and respective! They wrapped everything in cloth and made sure all items were secure before loading them into the truck. If you need a moving company, don't even think twice... you have to choose Music City Movers!

MCM did was great. They arrived on time and crew was very professional. The estimated time to complete less than others and they completed the move as estimated. No hidden charges, very straight forward process, not much paperwork and easy to reach before the move with followup questions.
We did have one piece that was damaged and it could not be repaired. Larry Davis (the owner) came over while the move was still taking place and said he would take care of the problem. Easy to talk to and focused on customer satisfaction.

I used Larry and his crew 4 years ago and am booking now for an upcoming move. They were the best!!! Pleasant, took great care of my belongings (not one bit of damage), worked quickly and efficiently.
2/2017 Edit: The second move went far better than expected. The crew had to carry each box and piece of furniture up a long flight of steps, lift it over a knee wall, then go down two steps into my condo. They did it without one complaint and there wasn't the slightest damage caused to any furniture or wall. I tipped them well!!!

We moved again and used Music City Movers again, and once again- they did an awesome job! This time we moved into storage, and they carefully wrapped everything in disposable padding that we got to keep. They filled our storage unit like an expertly played Tetris game, sparing us the cost of having to rent another unit. Everyone had great attitudes and were very pleasant. Love them!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They took me on only five days' notice, called before they came and showed up on time. They moved my stuff and stopped by my storage unit to pick up some things. At each stop they figured out a plan rather than carrying things willy nilly. The guys were strong, fast, polite, and clean (if you ever had a dirty sweaty guy handling your stuff, you'll understand).
They sent three people and a truck for $125 per hour, the same price that Two Men and a Truck charge for, well, two men and a truck. Moving my one bedroom plus storage unit

Moving sucks, but Music City Movers makes it bearable. These guys were recommended by friends and I am so glad I listened to them!
